Wonderful. Above and beyond.

Our stay was excellent. Perfect place for a family- walking distance to everything. Thought my phone was lost and the team was incredibly helpful especially Ekaterina. When it was located they sent a taxi with it to the airport. Very grateful. That’s five star service.

Great hotel tucked away from the busy streets nearby the Louvre, yet close enough to everything. It was perfect for my family. Hotel is elegant yet family friendly. Great service, Lovely view from the balcony, and highly recommend!

Right in the middle of it all

Great hotel, great location but a minor complaint re breakfast. If breakfast buffet hours are posted as 7-11, they shouldn’t run out of items during those hours. All three mornings at between 9-10am, they ran out of various items and we were told each time they could not make/bring out more (eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, etc). We were disappointed, this is an unacceptable practice for a five star hotel.

Very nice hotel, lovely facilities.

Only a minor quibble. Rooms are not as big as advertised or at least shown and not all have a washer dryer as advertised. Apparently getting a room with one is hit and miss. However they did offer to do the laundry for us in lieu of having a room with a washer/ dryer certainly an acceptable alternative. It's in a great location. While staff were very friendly and professional they were really not that helpful in terms of local information and advice. A little more attention to detail and customer service and a little more value for money and I would rate it a five as is a rating of 4.2,is probably right on.

Very nice boutique hotel with excellent location

Couldn't be more pleased with our choice of hotel in Paris. Great location, close to Metro, Taxis and easy walk to Galleries Lafayette and Les Halles, Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc. Dozens of cafes and restaurants close by Our room was spotless, well appointed and comfortable. Great bed. We paid for the hotel breakfast and were pleased we did. Excellent selection and quality. Most importantly the staff were all very professional and charming especially Sophie and Daunia.

Consistent excellence

This was our second stay at La Clef Louvre and from check in to the end of our stay, it was an absolutely AMAZING experience. we we're worried that this second stay would not live up to our very first experience but if anything, the bar was raised. We were greeted with a hand written welcome note and a bottle of wine and Ezsther, our front desk associate, made us feel so welcome. I can't say enough about this place or their amazing team.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff!

Tucked into what we North Americans would perceive as an unassuming side street, the Le Clef Louvre was a charming, quiet hotel with beautiful suites and a staff that anticipated our needs before we had a chance to express them. I am already planning our next trip to Paris and there is absolutely no question where we will stay!
