You really can’t beat the location of this hotel, it is right in the middle of the Glorietta/Ayala/Greenbelt area of Makati with endless shopping and dining options.

Ascott was very nice with great customer service. Disappointed in cooking utensils, water heater for coffee didnt work, sink and shower and bathroom had issues draining, shower did not get very hot but sinks did, old tv's without access to netflix, etc. Rest of experience was great, comfortable rooms, and great house keeping service.

Very spacious and price is just right, prime location for shopping just next door to Glorietta 4 awesome. Everything you need is in the hotel except a kettle. They have coffee maker brilliant but I am a tea lover ☺️ that’s was the only missing. Could I have one next time please☺️
