If you are looking for somewhere clean and cheap to lay your head this place is just that. It was very clean, spacious, and newly remodeled, under ground parking and walking distance to quinta Avenida and public beach. Downside was no washer or dryer, ran out of water to shower, pools are cold.

The cleaniness in the rooms was zero and the rooms smelt awful we had to change hotels after the first night because the smell was unbearable. I don't understand how this hotel is open to rent to the public.
