It was great to have a small kitchen and all the rooms have a balcony. Best of all they happily accomodated our bikes in secure storage that was also easily accessible. Staff was friendly and the optional breakfast was good

Room was not clean and very run down, it was very noisy both outside and inside the building but was advertised as soundproofed, water pressure was non existent when hot water used in shower, marketing photos for room category were very deceptive, staff were unfriendly and rude. We moved out of accommodation to another hotel

The location of the hotel is great. There is a market right across the street, a supermarket and huge shopping mall a 5 minute walk away and lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a Metro stop right outside the front door. The staff were amazing. They were always willing to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent sized room. Nice to have the kitchen and table and balcony space. Balcony was a nice addition but the street the building was on was quite loud. Two single beds was nice because you don’t feel your partner moving around as much. AC worked great. Didn’t have dish soap or paper towels to do the dishes nor did we have bowls or pots but had a pan, cutlery and plates. Bathroom was very dark cause of paint job and very tight due to the large shower. Shower was situated so that water got on the floor every time so a towel always had to be on the floor and towels were not replaced unless we paid $10 to have our whole room cleaned. Floors were unswept when we arrived. Area near the building was a bit run down. Grocery store and laundry was very close.

Uncomfortable bed and dripping air conditioner

Four adults rented a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The single beds were uncomfortable. The air conditioner malfunctioned and dripped water all over the kitchenette floor. When we requested service, the front desk arranged for a technician to come at 9 am. But he arrived at 8 am while some us were still sleeping.

The property was convenient in location and services in the room by means of kitchen supplies. They were a little stingy on towels and the patio was less than inviting but overall good.

Best location in Bordeaux.

Great experience. The location is ideal, easy to access, lots of public transport options and walkable to many attractions. The apartments are spacious and well designed and nicely furnished.

Great spot in Montpellier (Antigone)

Great little spot for a stay in Montpellier. Just east of the main square, the hotel was a ten minute walk from everything. The hotel itself was clean and the service and reception were excellent. A very good, clean 3+ star hotel.

Great location in a wonderful city. Beware of booking the smallest room for more than a couple of nights - it's difficult to unpack!

Great location, good value

The apartment/hotel is in a great location to explore the city, several minutes' walk to the main square and even less to a shopping mall. The facilities were basic but adequate. We arrived on a Sunday when most things were closed so things improved as the days progressed and shops and restaurants opened, including just across the street. The hotel was undergoing ground-floor renovations when we were there so the reception desk was small and dusty. They told us that when the renos are complete they will be much nicer. The parking garage was quite tight but was probably the best option given the limited on-street parking. It's a lively area with lots of young people around. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay

Good location and very pleasant staff. Bath tub with half glass panel. During shower the area outside can get very wet. Tub too deep and there are no handle bar to hold on to when getting out of tub. Very narrow and poor-lit underground car park.

Great Location.

This was the first time that we booked an apartment and were very pleased with the experience. We contacted the hotel for directions from the train station to the hotel and they promptly informed us of which tram and which stop to get off at. The location is great and the price was very good. When we return to Montpelier we shall definitely look at booking here again.

Close to most features

Room was very comfortable and most importantly the bathroom was clean. Only one complaint the shower had a half glass partition resulting in a wet washroom. The modern tram ran across the street and was quite useful to go to the beach (transfer to the black line to later take the bus) and later on to the train station. Downtown, the large mall (polygon) and restaurants were all within walking distance. Also across the street from the hotel were markets to allow for satisfying breakfast on the porch attached to each room.

great family value

The hotel is perhaps a little "tired", but it offers great value and comfort. The staff were great and spoke many languages.Rooms were very large and fully equipped. It is close to the tram lines, so try to get a room at the back of the building- not on the main street.Great cafes and charcuterie's across the street for early morning breakfast. Free coffee and water in the lobby is a great extra. very close to the Polygon shopping centre and main town square. very safe and pleasant neighborhood. 9 euros per night for parking though.
