Bom hotel

Foi uma estadia rápida, pois minha esposa passaria por uma cirurgia no dia seguinte. O atendimento foi muito bom, me senti seguro em relação as medidas adotadas a respeito do covid19. Tive 2 situações que gostaria de relatar, para possibilitar a melhora do hotel. As tomadas ao lado da cabeceira da cama nao estavam funcionando, nada demais, tem outras tomadas no quarto. O outro ponto é o aperto do box do chuveiro, pois eu liguei primeiro a agua quente e nao conseguia entrar para ajustar a agua sem me queimar ou molhar todo o banheiro. Ainda bem que escolhi molhar todo o banheiro.

O quarto é bem espaçoso e limpo. Os funcionários da recepção e restaurante são muito educados e prestativos. Tem uma estação de metrô ao lado, mercados e padarias por perto. Os pontos negativos são apenas o tamanho do banheiro e falta de rampa de acesso para a recepção.

Mostly well managed but too cold room

The hotel was in pretty good condition and service was good enough. The breakfast was really delicious that I highly recommend it. However, the room did not have hitting system even though it was in between fall and winter season. The room was clean and spacious but too chilly for my mom and me. Also, the room did not have enough soundproof that the sound of motorcycles may disturb your sleeping. The service was pretty good.

Awesome place to stay in São Paulo

My go-to place whenever I'm in São Paulo. Great room, great location. 10min walk to shopping malls, eatery and shops steps away from the hotel. If you need a quiet peaceful rest with amenities nearby, this is it!

Boa tarde! Tenho só um reparo a fazer, como crítica construtiva. No apartamento nº 57 5º andar, a ducha acoplada ao chuveiro não vedava totalmente, o que prejudicava o correto funcionamento do chuveiro ou provocava trepidação excessiva.
