The staff was very nice and welcoming and the king size villa had all the amenities we needed for our family. The pool is heated so we were able to swim even though it was rather cold outside.

Booked a room - got a time share

Great from the word go. Ended up in a fully equipped time share with all amenities including washer and drier. Our best deal ever. Situated on a golf course with a great pool area as well as readily available places to dine. The front desk staff were over the top helpfull and I would re book this resort in a heart beat. There is nothing I could say that could describe our satisfaction with this choice..

Best of our 3 week road trip

We stayed in lots of hotels and resorts on our 3 week road trip and this was the best. Huge villa with 2 rooms and 3 TVs. Amamzing place for a family vacation. Staff was amazing with the exception of a gentleman at the reception. Seems he was there for the food during the social hour. They had a promotional hour one day and served snacks and wine. Overall amazing place with security and wildlife surronding you.

Watch out for the service.

A nice property and well positioned if you want golf. Miles from restaurants and shops. Service was ragged. Room wasn't cleaned during our entire stay and Internet was down for two days. Staff are friendly and the property well maintained.

Great Hotel

Booked this hotel as a midway stop to Key West, Greeted at the desk by a cheerful lady that proceeded to upgrade us to a two bedroom villa. The pictures don't do this place justice, great layout, lots of room, very clean. Wished we could have stayed more than a night.

Cleanliness an issue.

upon checking in we were told that we have been upgraded. We were surprised. But were not told of the spa or any of the amenities of the hotel. only upon check out were we asked if we used the spa, we said we didn't even know that there was one on the properties. The room was spacious and nice, however the shower has that black mold on the corners of the shower door, it is like the cleaning staff doesn't do a thorough clean, even with the maid coming everyday, it just didn't seem clean. Definitely have stayed at better sheraton's before. The location is great and easy to get around. May go back, if I know they have learned to clean properly.

Great spot!!

This was my 2nd stay here. Great small resort, nice condo, very clean room and resort. My in-laws stayed in a separate condo with no complaints as well. Staff always kind and courteous. Very clean and clear heated outdoor pool with towels provided. I have no negatives about this resort at all.

This property is best for single guys on a golfing weekend, not so much for romantic couples. Small sink and because it is a timeshare, you only get housekeeping once per week. The only thing that saves this property from a lower score is the super-friendly staff

Overnight trip

We had a small lockout unit. It was small but okay for an overnight stay. The unit was well equipped but tight. The unit had a washer / dryer which was helpful. The front desk was helpful and polite. The only amenity that I saw were pools and a basketball court. The focus of the resort was golf.
