Family trip to Budapest.

We had a one bedroom apartment with a large living room and kitchen. Very comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful.The hotel is close to stores and public transport. It was also close to restaurants. We recommend you visit restaurants on Raday street ( 10 min. walk from Hotel).

Room had broken furniture and booking specified a double bed however it was a sofa bed. TV did not work on day one but was fixed to next day. Hotel is in a side street and there was a homeless man sleeping at the door upon our arrival.

Nice apartmebt but no frills

Centrally located and quiet neighbourhood. Room was clean but lacked air conditioning unit (otherwise it's 7€ charge) but there wasn't even a unit in the room. Room had basic cutlery and clean towels however there was no toilet paper or anything to clean dishes with. I wouldn't stay in the summer nor if it was an extended stay.

Terrible experience

This hotel is the worst I have stayed in, in recent memory. Our suite had cobwebs and spiders in couple of rooms, the particle board coffee table was broken, the shade on the living room light fixture was missing, the couch was dirty, and the toilet roll dispenser had been ripped off the wall. I was very close to walking out the first day. I believe all of the above are easy fix if the staff cared at all about their customers.

Just right for family stay

Older building not far from city centre and units are progressively being upgraded. Over all a quiet location and close to a all forms of public transport. Is also located near a major shopping centre - less than 5 minutes walk from apartment Also had a small clean functional kitchen

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Countless issues!

I read the reviews for this apartment as we were travelling Budapest to watch the World Athletics Championships. I really wish we had chosen another place to stay. PLEASE NOTE first and foremost that air conditioning is NOT included as the listing suggests and 35 degree heat meant we had to pay the 60 Euro demanded plus the 50 Euro deposit. This is when you actually manage to get in the front door which seemed to be permanently locked! I spent most of the week letting weary travellers into the main door as it was awful watching them stand in the heat wondering how on eartth to get into the hotel! The chaos continued when we tried to use the oven - there was not a single oven tray/pan - anything to allow us to actually USE the oven! The microwave button was broken meaning we couldn't start and stop the microwave. We got through the weekend then Monday morning at 7.30am the hammering started directly underneath! This continued every day and looking out of the window, I could see that they were renovating the apartments below - breeze block walls, new flooring - the lot! We left the apartment every day to escape the noise so please don't visit for a romantic trip away! Location was OK - close to shops etc but the apartment let down our trip hugely. The woman on reception was nasty and rude and we did not feel welcome so we did not dare to approach them for ANYTHING throughout our stay. I would most definitely NOT stay here again. Hotel.com have been very helpful.
