This is a very nice apartment style hotel, we were 5 people in a 6 people room, it was cozy, but we still had space to have 8 suitcases and carry-ons around the room (not all open at same time. Elevators move pretty quick, checkin was easy (we did English), washing machines available on site, access to transportation was easy piezy. A lot of our go to restaurants were nearby. Ueno park was within walking distance. Shopping was easy, supermarket and Daiso are 2 blocks away. No Parking, but...there are a bunch of lots around, I even got to arrive to one late at night, and left before 8am and it cost me ¥990, so ¥110 an hour for 9 hours. Some tricks for this hotel - No package or luggage delivery, Yamato is 3 blocks away, you can get it delivered there open 8am-8pm, and for packages i.e. from Amazon if it if sold by Amazon you can pick it up at the Lawson around the corner.

Was not aware that a working internet connected phone was required to check in and no staff whatsoever on site. The room itself was good. There was a maid on day two that was able to help with few minor issues that we could have asked on check in if they had staff

Overall very good. Almost equidistant between 2 train stations (Ueno and Okachimachi). 5-7 min walk to each. Close to many restaurants and Family Marts. The room itself was very clean. Carpet could use some updating/cleaning I think, but slippers provided. Virtual concierge is not bad actually. Asking for new towels through this way by our 3 day was no issue. The thermostat was hard to find though! And there are no instructions given on where to find it. It’s just really hot in August and it took until our 2nd day to find the remote so we can turn down the temperature. In our room, the remote is mounted on the wall hidden behind the drapes. It’s a good place to stay in the Tokyo area.

Check in is complicated as lots if people mentioned, you can chat with someone, but the connection was bad that they have to send a staff anyways. Now you can store your luggage before check in thats a bonus, not after check out. Convenient location with multiple stations nearby. Will stay again.

Super convenient, it was close walk to 3 different convenient stores(7/11 Lawson family mart), daiso, grocery, department store and 2 major subway lines. There were endless restaurants options in the area, and lots of tax free shopping options as well. The room was clean, and the hosts were easy to contact via lobby iPad or LINE. Highly recommend, we really enjoyed our stay.

Modern premises and room design; bunk beds were a nice feature and shower/water pressure was great! Barely heard any noise from the hallways and room was clean, although we didn't use the sofa as it looked like stains hadn't been cleaned off or at least needed some steam cleaning. Ueno station was not a long walk and there's a convernience store around the corner. Overall was a good stay considering how difficult it is to find a room for 5 adults in tokyo.
