It is not made clear on the Hilton Grand Vacation Mont-Tremblant website that the hotel does not have any food service, a real drawback when the only restaurants or groceries are not within walking distance, you would need to take your car and pay to park. Shuttle stops at 5pm in September. We were visiting for one night only, the hotel was not able to check us in until after 4pm, and despite the Expedia booking indicated 11:00am checkout, we were told that was for owners only, other guests checkout was 10:00am. The front guest team was lovely in any case, and the outdoor landscaping and amenities are super.

Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour ! L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs bien situĂ©, trĂšs propre, et le personnel est extrĂȘmement accueillant. La suite Ă©tait bien Ă©quipĂ©e, le lit trĂšs confortable, et le service de navette a rendu les dĂ©placements trĂšs faciles. Vraiment, nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle fin de semaine. Lors de notre arrivĂ©e la chambre n’était pas prĂȘte , Ă  l’arrivĂ©e Ă  la chambre nous avons constater ceci : Un concombre pourri encore dans un tiroir au frigo, un chaudron avec des rĂ©sidus sur le rebord en grande quantitĂ© qui semblait ĂȘtre du gruau et un savons avec ces poils sur le porte savon de la douche 🙄pas trĂšs accueillant ça . Le matelas est peut-ĂȘtre dĂ» Ă  ĂȘtre changer car de chaque cĂŽtĂ© nous avions un trou qui faisait en sorte qu’on Ă©tait toujours portĂ© Ă  se deporter vers le centre . Mis Ă  part ces commentaires Nous avons aimĂ© notre sĂ©jour, le reste de l’appartement Ă©tait trĂšs grand dĂ©corĂ© avec du goĂ»t et c’était tranquille . Golf Ă  proximitĂ© ainsi que le village Ă  quelques pas de marche nous savions qu’il y avait une navette mais prĂ©fĂ©rions y aller Ă  la marche. Nous y retournerons sans problĂšme Les autres appartements n’auront sĂ»rement pas les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments que nous avons eu . Merci
