スタイリッシュ

4人で同室で滞在したく選びました。シンプルですが清潔でスタイリッシュです。リビングになっておりワイワイと過ごせました。また浴室乾燥がありスノボグッズを乾かせました。駐車場のみがやや難点で駅前の駐車場まで5分ほど歩きます。夜間は300円で同額のサービス券を頂いたので実質は無料です。食事は高山市内はいつもやや困ります。厳冬期で寒く歩いて探すのは大変でした。ホテル自体はおすすめです。

施設自体には問題はありませんでした。 ただ、チェックインで問題がありました。 ３時前に到着しましたが、まだ部屋の準備ができていないと言われ、一度食事に出て時間を潰して戻ってきました。 無事に問題なくチェックインはできたのですが、部屋に行くと、まったく清掃がされていない状況でした。わざわざ一度外に出て時間を潰してきたにも関わらず、清掃がされていない部屋に案内されたことにとても驚きました。どのようなチェック体制や管理がされているのかと思いました。また、その事を伝えてから、二、三十分ほとんど何もアップデートがなく受付前で待たされました。無事に別の部屋に移動はできたのですが、翌日の１０時ごろにスタッフの方が来て、チェックインをされていないので誰が宿泊しているかを確認に来られました。昨日のことを伝えてすぐに理解をしていただきました。しかし、部屋の移動の時に対応はすべてスタッフの方がされていたのですが、チェックインの手続きもきちんとされていないと知り、驚きました。 もう少し部屋の清掃の確認などシステムを整備する必要があると思いました。 旅行の最初から嫌な思いをしたので、すごく残念でした。

We stayed in the family suite. The design was well thought out and the beds were comfortable. The location was across the street from a 7 Eleven which was super convenient. There is a ramen place next door. It is a close walk to the bus station and you can walk from the hotel into town. Overall it was a really pleasant stay for a family of 5.

We had an amazing stay at Fav Hidatakayama during our recent trip! 🌟 What stood out the most was the spaciousness of the room, which made it perfect for our family. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a small kitchen. It allowed us to prepare quick meals and added so much convenience to our stay. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids—they absolutely loved them! It made the room feel cozy yet fun, and it was a unique touch that set this hotel apart. Overall, the combination of excellent amenities, a family-friendly setup, and a clean, comfortable space made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend Fav Hidatakayama to anyone traveling with family!

The hotel is comfortable, clean and close the station. 10 minute walk to the town. Our room was spacious and had a safe, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer and a washing machine. There was a separate toilet, and wet room. There is a 7 11 across the road. The hotel has a public onsen that good. Good value for money

チェックイン、チェックアウトともほぼQRコードをかざすだけでスムーズ。部屋には洗濯機や簡単な調理ができる設備が備わっており、便利。 ただしベッド付近の調光スイッチ類はことごとく壊れかけており、機能していなかった。 とはいえ、隣に大きなホテルもあり、高いが立ち寄り湯もあったため、温泉も満喫できました。 周辺の飲食店はどこも予約でいっぱいになりやすいので、夕食の場所は早めに予約した方がいいと思います。
