Amazing hotel apartments. Very nice open pool, kids loved it. Wished I stayed here longer. Only booked it for a day. Next time will stay longer. The best thing was the view from our rooms and it was very specious.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with sea view which was amazing. The apartment was spotless clean, very spacious, very tastefully decorated. The bathrooms were modern and beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped and modern as well. Each room was equipped with a big TV. The service was fantastic. The housekeeping was wonderful. They always brought us drinking water in glass bottles. Upon request, the brought us an iron and an ironing board in just a minute. The pool was fun with nice design and views. The breakfast every morning was awesome providing such a wonderful variety. There were Arabic items, international cuisine like Indianan, Chinese, Lebanese etc. We really enjoyed the humous, the zaatar, the baked items and the juices which were always fresh. The hotel is just a few steps from Dubai tram station called Palm Jumeirah. Overall, we highly recommend Avani Palm hotel for their beautiful apartments, great value for your money and convenient location to local transit system.

Customer service is awesome and the breakfast is top notch with lots of options. We stayed at the 3-bedroom apartment and the room is enormous. The experience of waking up to the Burj Al Arab in the distance was fab! The only downside is the apartment has a weird smell. Not sure if it's not cleaned well or maybe because it's from the old building.
