My first time in Dubai, the staff was awesome. They took care of all our needs. The property was in a perfect location. If I come back I will stay here for sure.

Only reason the stay wasn’t excellent was that our room wasn’t available. It was upgraded for the night but we were told we’d have to move the next day which would have been inconvenient. When we checked with reception in the morning we were told we didn’t have to move, so we were able to settle in. Staff very friendly.

Generally the place was of a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to highly recommend the young lady, who helped us on arrival, but unfortunately I did not make a note of her name. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, efficient and patient helping a very tired 76 year old. Thank you.
