This smoke-free villa features 2 restaurants, 2 outdoor pools and a full-service spa. Free WiFi in public areas is provided, as well as free valet parking, a free area shuttle and a free beach shuttle. Additionally, a fitness centre, a bar/lounge and a coffee shop/cafe are on-site. All 60 individually decorated villas provide free WiFi, free wired Internet and Select Comfort beds. Guests will find kitchenettes with fridges, stovetops and microwaves.
Lumbini Luxury Villas and Spa offers 60 air-conditioned accommodations with iPod docking stations and DVD players. Rooms open to balconies. This individually decorated accommodation has separate sitting areas. Beds feature Select Comfort mattresses. A pillow menu is available. 40-inch LCD televisions come with premium satellite channels. Accommodation at this 4-star villa has kitchenettes with full-sized fridge/freezers, stovetops, microwaves and separate dining areas. We had a great stay. They provided airport pick-up and drop-off free of charge. Villa was spacious and clean, had all amenities. Breakfast was good with local and western food, juices, tea, coffee etc. Restaurant food was really good. Spa was great too! Overall great place and safe for families.

5 star villas with a 3 star reception/restaurant

The villas are amazing - tranquil, private and you feel very close to nature. The property is also beautiful. The restaurant is not particularly fantastic (given standards of food in Bali it could be better) and the reception doesn’t do the property justice. The lighting, ambience of the reception and restaurant don’t match the classiness of the property which is a shame.

The bathroom is open air so bugs can get into your private space. There isn’t much to do immediately outside the resort on the street but if you walk a bit there are some good restaurants. The villa itself is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was big enough with a living room and kitchen. The private pool was clean and water not too cold in the morning. The location was good with groceries available within a 10-15min walk. There are only very few spa/massage shops around though. The spa in the villa is available, but price is more than 2 times what you get from a shop outside. Service was good. Both the receptionists, the cleaners and the staff in the restaurants were friendly and helpful. I asked if I could order a lobster for a dinner and they obliged. The lady even came to my villa to inform me on the price. That was a good meal. There are really quite a bit of mosquitoes in the kitchen, living area and the bathroom as these are open areas. I normally will lit the mosquito coils in the areas throughout the day. They do provide the mosquito coils and the electrical repellent(used in room).

I woud not recommend this propery to anyone. While the villas are well designed, maintainence is very poor. Lots of items not working in the villa - fridge not working, microwave broken, light bulbs fused and not replaced, items not cleaned. The restaurant has almost no vegetarian options and they are unable to even make simple dishes as vegetarian, minus the meat.

The villa itself is good and beyond expectations. However, the service from the reception was not as expected. I booked the room including transportation to the airport and have requested it prior to the trip. I received the confirmation message via hotels.com. Surprisingly, the receptionist insisted that they only provide this service to the customers who stay for more than one day. If so, why release this option and reply to my request before the trip?
