Well, how to start… we booked a „Suite Executive“ which was supposed to have enough space for the two of us (30sqm), including a dining table to have food in the room. However, our room had no dining table and was only a bit over 20sqm - a dining table wouldn‘t even fit - and there was no space to properly sit down and eat. When asking the reception if we accidentally got a wrong room, she confirmed that this was the room we booked. When pointing out that the description on Expedia differs and we specifically booked this room for the space to have a decent size room and a dining option, she said Expedia must be wrong - no excuse offered. Upon complaining with Expedia they confirmed with the hotel that we got the correct room „Suite Executive“, but in no way reacted to the obvious false advertisement. „The booking is non-refundable and you got the room you booked“ Really Expedia? I am highly disappointed with the Hotel for the false advertisement, as well as with Expedia about their reaction when I complained…

Convenient location and Well priced

3 nights at Quest Auckland were wonderful. Breakfast (both the in-room or continental) were filling and sufficient to get your day started on the right foot. Conveniently located on Queen St. which is a major street. Close to everything we needed to see within the city core. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the Quest Auckland to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, centrally located hotel.

Comfortable, Well-Outfitted Room

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights here at the conclusion of a 3 week tour of New Zealand. The check-in process was very quick and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. We opted for the 7day internet package as it provided more data but was the same price as the 2 day option. The room was fairly spacious and and the kitchen included everything we needed (other than a coffee-maker, but none of our accom. provided one). We found the bed and bedding to be comfortable. The air con worked well. We appreciated the in-room washer, dryer and laundry detergent. The location is within close proximity to restaurants and shops - about 8 blocks to the ferry terminals. Overall we had a great stay.

Parking, first in first served. This was stated, then i received an email asking if I wanted parking, i said yes then got another email saying first in first served! Why ask? The only complaint about the room we had was the bathroom door was squeaky and woke up my husband when i opened it during the night. Otherwise, comfy bed, great pillows, good temperature, great shower and plenty of room for 2.

Bra boende med ett litet kök så man kan laga frukost. Sängarna var sköna och bra tv som man kan streama på. Alla lägenheter hade tvättmaskin, torktumlare och balkong. Till gymmet är det ca 10 min att gå men det var ett jättestort gym. Det tog ca 20 min att gå till hamnen.
