This area is not very convenient and it was not close enough to transit. Staff was friendly but I would not book it again as the location was inconvenient and the room was smaller compared to their other locations. Their room felt kinda cramp as I didn’t even have enough space for luggage.

The property was so close to many train stations and is walkable to the area of Akihabara. There are also a variety of convenience stores and restaurants within 10 min walk. The room was extremely clean and tidy. It was also much larger than we were expecting especially for a Japanese apartment/hotel room. So spacious that we could have our luggages open on the ground and still have space to move around the room. We highly recommend staying there and I will definitely want to stay again when we return to Tokyo!

Overall the hotel was clean. Hotel room is adequate for a family for 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 tween) as long as adults don’t mind sharing a bed with the tween. The hotel room could use more outlets to charge devices and more pillows.

We enjoyed our stay and ithe property was exactly as described. Checkin and checkout were easy and the entry with code is awesome! The front desk was super helpful too. The location is excellent and there are lots of good restaurants close by. There are grocery stores everywhere. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure.
