Kiva paikka, monia erilaisia aktiviteetteja. KylpylÀ siisti. Huoneistomajoitus villa kakkosessa jÀrvinÀkymÀllÀ riitÀvÀn hyvÀ, toki kuluneisuutta jo paikka paikoin. Terassi ihana ja ilmalÀmpöpumppu jÀÀhdytyksellÀ tarpeen nÀillÀ helteillÀ. Ihanan hiljaista yöllÀ!! Alue on niin iso, ettÀ vaikka paikka oli aivan tÀynnÀ ei missÀÀn ollut ruuhkaista. Ainoa miinus tulee hotellialueen rannasta, joka oli tÀynnÀ kanadanhanhia ja niiden ulosteita.

Lomailimme Saimaan Rauhassa kaksi yötÀ kokoonpanolla nelihenkinen perheemme + isovanhemmat ja kaikki nautimme lomasta. Lapset viihtyivÀt leikkipaikoilla ja tietysti kylpylÀssÀ, ja aikuisillekin oli mukavaa tekemistÀ niin, ettÀ emme kaikkea edes ehtineet. Remontin tarpeessa oleva iso resort. Parvekkeella rikkinÀinen sohva ja puuttuva istuintyyny. 6 vuorokautta ja kaksi reklamaatiota ei ollut riittÀvÀ aika, jolle asialle olisi ehditty tehdÀ jotain. Harmi meille, koska mukana huonosti liikkuvia ikÀ-ihmisiÀ. Sen sijaan hyvin siivottu huoneisto, hyvÀ astiasto ja varustus keittiössÀ sekÀ hyvÀt peitot ja tyynyt sÀngyissÀ. Kodinkoneet myös puhtaita. Roberts Coffee henkilöstön kÀytös ei ollut asiakasystÀvÀllinen eikÀ kohtelias. Kiinnitettiin huomiota tÀhÀn samaan asiaan myös viime vuonna. SisÀÀnkirjoittaminen resortiin kesti todella kauan ja oli mahdollinen vasta klo 18 jÀlkeen tulopÀivÀnÀ. LÀhtöpÀivÀnÀ check out klo 11. Jos laskee klo 22-08 yöksi, niin aika toimintaan jÀÀ resortissa 7h ( klo 8-11 ja klo 18-22)

We came from the US to visit a family member, this is our 2nd year in a row staying here and we love it. The price is amazing for what you get, we stayed in the Villas and the apartment was very nice. The staff have always been so nice and the area is just beautiful. The Imatran Koski is a definite must see! We are at O’Learys and had the same waiter both trips, and he was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, made us feel very welcome and the food was really good. We will definitely stay here for future visits.

Kiva sijainti, rentouttava miljöö. Nyt vuoden vaihteessa sai jonottaa sisÀÀnkirjautuessa lÀhes tunnin. Jonottaa sai myös ravintoloihin. Maisema oli suoraan sisÀpihalle. Siivouksen taso laskenut. Moni paikka alkaa olla jo remontin tarpeessa. Vanhaa taattua oli henkilökunnan iloinen palvelu niin respassa kuin ravintoloissakin.

On biojÀtettÀ ja paperia, mutta sekajÀteastiaa emme löytÀneet. Nyt kun ihmiset hakevat enemmÀn takeaway-ruokia, niin jÀtettÀ vaan tulee enemmÀn. Ei saisi olla liian hankalaa. SisÀÀnkirjautuminen kestÀÀ tÀÀllÀ kauan. Majoitustilaa on paljon. TiskillÀ arvotaan ruokien alennuskuponkeja, kylpylÀlippuja ja keilavarauksia. KestÀÀ. Enempi omatoimikonseptia ja nettiostoon suuntaamista pitÀisi olla. Kiva kylpylÀ ja mukava alue.

KesÀllÀ uudelleen.

TekemistÀ oli paljon, kesÀllÀ vielÀkin enemmÀn. Huone ei ollutkaan sitÀ mitÀ luulimme. Luulimme, ettÀ huone on kuvanmukainen Apartments. LisÀksi meille tuli yllÀtyksenÀ, ettÀ kylpylÀ ei sisÀltynytkÀÀn hintaan. Luultavasti olemme vain lukeneet kuvauksen huonosti. Aamupalan suhteen tiesimme, ettÀ se ei hintaan sisÀltynyt. Kaikki kivat huvitukset maksoivat erikseen ja olivat melko hinnakkaita, kuten keilaus, kylpylÀ (pyyhevuokra 6e/henk!), Angry birds puisto, aamutossut. Aamupala ja ravintoloiden ruoka oli hyvÀÀ. Henkilökunta kaikkialla hotellin alueella oli aivan ihanan ystÀvÀllistÀ ja osaavaa. IkÀvÀÀ vain, ettÀ hymyjÀ maskien takaa ei nÀkynyt, olisi ollut pienille lapsillemme kovin tÀrkeÀÀ ja rikastuttanut lomareissun mielekÀstÀ elÀmyksellisyyttÀ.

Tilavat ja kivat mutta kuumat huoneistot

Tilava, rauhallinen ja hyvin varusteltu huoneisto, mutta aivan liian kuuma, koska ei jÀÀhdytystÀ. Osasimme varautua tÀhÀn luettuamme edellisiÀ arvosteluja ja otimme oman tuulettimen mukaan, ilman sitÀ nukkuminen olisi ollut tuskaa. Aamupalalla kova hÀrdelli ja ruuan taso erittÀin keskinkertainen ja teollinen, jÀimme kaipaamaan myös ihan perus-pekonia. Kaunis jÀrviympÀristö ja rantakahvila kiva.
