Great location, great property, we were heading into Melbourne for the night and desperately needed a nap around noon. This location was able to accommodate an early check in for us, which was exactly what we needed to be able to enjoy a day in this beautiful city. The room itself was super clean, bed was comfy, and parking was easy. We had in and out privileges, but didn’t need them because of Melbourne’s free tram area for all the tourist locations.

Very quiet hotel Which was perfect after transitioning from Canada and a 15 hour difference! I was very happy to be so close to everything with a beautiful park and view. The hotel room had everything I needed for a longer stay. I wasn’t personally a fan of the strong perfume scent they used through the hotel but the individual rooms were scent free. Thanks for all their help figuring out transit!

Nice location, friendly staff, overall place was in reasonable condition. Shower in the bathroom can be cleaned better there was some mould there. Some of the bedside lights were not working. Kitchen was well equipped but few cleaning rags and some salt can be added.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. If you need a cab early in the morning, make sure you book it in advance. We could not find one and front desk had difficulty getting a response from a cab at 6 am.

Well priced hotel in CBD

This is an excellent serviced apartment hotel in Melbourne CBD. Across the street from the Flagsraff park and the bus and subways stops at the hotel. A few minutes walk to Queen Victoria market and many shopping malls and restaurants. The room was as as shown in the pictures and super clean. The staff was excellent and the hotel has a self service laundry and gym. All at a very a reasonable rate.
