The location of the hotel was excellent. It was properly set up an comfortable. I chose it for the washer/sort of dryer. The towel warmer worked better for drying. I'm in europe a lot so no surprise. The kitchen set up was good. I would stay here again.

The property is perfectly located in the centre of Liverpool one. The apartment itself had an amazing view over Liverpool one and down onto Albert dock, it was clean , comfortable and very spacious with all the amenities and appliances needed for a short stay. The check in process was very straight forward and the staff were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Second time at The Cove, once again a fantastic stay Spotlessly clean, great location, lovely staff, was a little confusion on arrival over parking charges but this was soon remedied. Love the place, will ne back!

Great hotel, the check in staff couldn't have been more helpful. They gave us advice about where to get some food and the nearest bus to the airport. We only booked the hotel last minute as we missed a connecting flight. When we arrived the hotel didn't have the booking on the system yet as it was only booked online shortly before arriving. They kept our bags while we went for some food and text when checkin/the room was available which was a great service. The room was clean and had great facilities. I would recommend to stay here.
