Very modern, clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was lack of kitchen utensils like dishwasher , paper towels, proper knives.

We had a really good time at Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg. The on-site restaurant had an affordable Holiday 3-course menu that everybody should try. The local specialties were particularly delicious. The breakfast was generous as well. I really enjoyed the bathroom that was very modern! Also, we were able to enjoy the spa amenities and we were delighted. The only improvements I would suggest are that our fridge wasn't working (we noticed it just before leaving when picking up the food we bought). Also, my Dad slept well in the bedroom but my partner and I slept very badly on the convertible couch, both nights. Otherwise the staff was very pleasant, the wifi was working well and it was easy to park in the underground parking. We would come back, thank you!

Bon rapport qualité prix en cette période

Beau grand studio confortable et bien insonorisé avec bel espace spa grande piscine sauna et hammam avec vestiaire pratiques. Personnel agréable. Il manquerait juste des supports serviettes dans la sdb. L'emplacement est dans une zone commerciale mais proche de Strasbourg accessible en bus et tram

Tout était sur le papier parfait . Très bon accueil. 1ère chambre , odeur de cigarette. Relogé dans une chambre en étage supérieur avec Balcon. Espace bien-être au TOP. Au moment du diner , je me suis aperçu que les assiettes étaient sales. au moment du départ, le lendemain matin, j'ai transféré les photos à la réception et je n'ai eu aucun retour si ce n'est des excuses de la part de la réceptionniste. Dommage , que la direction ne m'est pas fait un retour suite à cet incident

Property was in top condition and we had a very comfortable stay for 4 days. Though it is slightly away from city centre it was well connected to the city centre which you could reach in 15-20mins. There are local grocery stores like Lidl and Inter Marché which was super convenient.
