Bit far from center, used Uber to go to old town, otherwise hotel was perfect, with a restaurant, breakfast was good. Staff were friendly, and they loved to speak english. :)

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the location even though it’s a few mins out of the center. We can either walk a few mins to take the train into the center or Uber it. The hosts at the front were super friendly. Shoutout to Mona, thanks again for your kindness. Rooms were clean and spacious. I’d recommend.

Rooms very looking very nice and beds were comfortable Breakfast selection was sufficient and bread was fresh staff was very friendly and helpful - Spa was NOT free (15 euros per person for 2 hours), although on the booking page it says it is included. For external people, the spa costs 28 euros for 4 hours.. So even cheaper than when you are staying in the hotel? - If you want to visit Strasbourg we would recommend choosing something a bit more central

The place is new and seems nice but lots of details missing, phone not plugged in, no coffee cups, difficult to figure out fold out couch and couldn't adjust the temp or fan in the room. Fine but disappointing as we have always loved Citadines.

Pleasantly surprised. Large room with a kitchenette, clean bathroom and a smart TV with Wi-Fi that also worked well. Excellent breakfast with more than enough choice. Free parking in the underground garage was also a plus. Large supermarket across the street

L’appartement est grand et très bien équipé, propre et la salle de bain super, le petit déjeuner est excellent, il y a un parking privé c’est pratique, et une piscine. Le personnel est moyennement serviable par contre ( aucune solution pour le coffre fort en panne) par exemple. C’est un peu excentré mais cela reste une bonne halte

Séjour très agréable !Studio spacieux très bien aménagé ,très propre ! petit bémol l'accueil " français ," nous a t-on demandé je pense que une formule un peu plus sympathique aurait été mieux comme " Vous êtes francais?" EN même temps ,nous sommes en France et je trouve normal qu'on me parle en français ....... ça fait plusieurs fois que nous allons à Oberhausbergen et je trouve à chaque fois l'accueil peu enthousiaste ! Cela ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner malgré l'accueil peu chaleureux !

Hôtel bien placé près d'un Parking-Relais en périphérie de Strasbourg Chambre spacieuse avec une belle terrasse Il n'y avait malheureusement pas d'eau chaude à l'évier de la cuisine, ni de sèche-cheveux mais cela n'a pas perturbé notre séjour qui fut très agréable

Pas mal de loupés

L'hôtel est charmant et propose habituellement de bonnes prestations. Pour autant je ne suis pas du tout satisfait du séjour. J'ai reservé à l'avance 4 chambres 'Studio' avec grand lit pour mon équipe et moi-même. Des chambres à lits simples non jumelés ont été distribuées aléatoirement à l'équipe sans possibilité de changer auprès de la réception. L'accès à l'espace bien-être (dont je rappelle qu'il est payant pour les utilisateurs d'hotels.com) était fermé pour entretien annuel (sans annonce) Bien que la cuisine du restaurant soit remarquable, les quelques loupés ici et là, notament sur l'accueil, n'ont pas permis d'apprécier le repas.

스트라스부르 콜마르 여행을 위해 이 호텔에서 2박을 묵었습니다. 3인 가족이고 차량이 있어 시내에서 거리가 좀 있어도 문제가 없었습니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 주차장은 넓습니다. 수영장 아주 좋고 아침 식사는 보통입니다. 부엌이 있어 가족 여행객은 좋을 듯합니다.
