Clean, roomy very friendly and helpful. I did not like that there is nobody out for 10 PM to talk to you at the front desk except security. I had a little bit of an issue with little fruit fly type bugs all over the counter because the carburetter was not properly cleaned. Once I cleaned that it was perfectly fine. I will let the desk know, but they did call me at 6:30 in the morning to respond to my calls, which I was not pleased about. I’ll let them know and they were helpful and apologetic. Just a couple of things missing like o’clock, but those things can be easily a great location and I recommend getting the golf cart from the property as they give you full tank of gas and bridge passes.

This is an amazing property. We stayed in a loft, which is waterfront and walk out to the pools. It had a full kitchen, washer and dryer. It was very quiet and nice. Short golf cart ride into San Pedro. On the lagoon side so you get beautiful sunsets. Two big pools and a hot tub. Never an issue getting chairs together any time of the day. Drinks and food are expensive but you can bring your own to the pool. The lobby has great hours for anything you need including plastic cups and towels. They have kayaks you can use for free to go out on lagoon. Grocery store across the street with great prices. Hospital and pharmacy just down the street. Lits of restaurant options within a few minutes south or north. About 25 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach and 10-15 minutes into all areas of San Pedro. Perfect location for us. More adults at this resort. Only kids we saw were some teenagers. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The place was nice and clean, the reception is rude and not helpful at all. Not sure who is the manager but they need to have better and nicer staff. They did not have beach towels and we had to get help for our safe about 4 times.
