Excellent location for old city exploration

Lovely little apartment with all the amenities one could want. A little noisy but possibly just because I’m used to somewhere so quiet. Would have helped to have floor or room numbers on the doors off the stairway to make finding the room more obvious.

Great location well equipped studio bit lack of WiFi means not a viable work option if you are planning to work and do kit have mobile data to link to Also a concern were the tramps that congregate on the steps by the entrance

I stay in a lot of hotels but rarely (if ever) leave a review. However I feel compelled to do so for this booking as I ended up staying somewhere else (at additional expense). The check-in process for this property requires you send a copy of your passport via a website I've never heard of before. I refused to do this and requested that my reservation be cancelled and to receive a refund which was refused/ignored. Apparently, it is the 'policy' of the property despite the fact that I am a UK citizen and never been asked to upload a a copy of any ID documents before at any other property. The email containing the details of the check-in process was sent to me less than 24 hours before I could cancel and get a refund. If you wouldn't be happy sending a copy of your ID to a website you've never heard of before for check-in purposes - then this property probably isn't for you either.

No lobby. Just an apartment complex that you is hard to find and you need a code to access. Not easily accessible to contact someone for help. There was construction right in front of the room that we weren’t aware would be happening and weren’t notified prior to the loud noises and bangs. The elevator was out of order we had to drag our luggage up

Water wouldn't drain in the ensuite sink, we had to remove a large wad of hair (not ours) to get the water to drain. The air conditioner leaked water which pooled around the toilet. No WIFI. Would not recommend if you are arriving earlier then check-in or need to store luggage later then check-out as there is no facilities to do so (unless you pay)

Amazing view, cleanliness a let down

We ignored the negative views and booked this property due to it having a balcony, fantastic views and the space we wanted. The checks following booking and the paying of deposit was annoying but we knew about it before we booked so can’t complain. The good Size of the property The size of the balcony Amazing view of the shard The bad Cleanliness Dust and spiders webs and dead flys Blood on the bath towel Someone’s toe nail in the en suite Bottle tops and other rubbish on the balcony Stains on the sofas, rugs The property clearly had not been cleaned before we arrived. When we used the hairdryer it blew up and smoke was coming out of it Issues happen and it’s how they are dealt with that make or break this. Unfortunately the property owners did not care. We were not given an apology or any attempt to provide cleaning or a replacement hairdryer. No acknowledgement of the issues or responsibility. Only holding to their strict cancellation policy.

Great spacious apartment in convenient spot

Stayed for 5nights. Very convenient location. No wifi so working holiday won’t work in this place. This is already conveyed in the booking but easily overlooked.
