Avoid this place. Carpet was filthy, windows are frosted and broken so no view outside at all, poor lighting, bathroom has no shower partition so the entire bathroom is wet for your whole stay, poor security, night clubs next door, shady area. No toiletries provided.

A welcome surprise

We were originally supposed to stay at an apartment closer to Echo Arena, but they cancelled on us last minute. Expedia found us Epic Apart Hotel as a replacement, and we were pleasantly surprised. It far exceeded the apartment we were supposed to stay at. Huge, clean rooms. Super comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. It was still easy walking distance to Echo Arena and other sights. While we were staying there, we learned our next accommodation in London was also cancelling on us, so the hotel staff helped me make phone calls to sort it out. The best accommodation during our 2-week trip!

Very Nice with lots of room

Bed room was large and beds were very comfortable, Kitchenette was well stocked and the living area was large and comfortable---and the TWO showers and bathrooms were much more than we would expect. Thank you

Close to popular tourist spots

If your getting the studio one bedroom suite it does not come with a set of stove burners. There is a oven and microwave however.

Amazing location in the thick of it!

The Epic was just perfect. They bought us eggs and milk in advance of our stay (we arrived late), had great local restaurant recos. The staff was excellent, incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is right in the middle of everything Liverpool has to offer - Liverpool One, Bold Street, Albert Docks are all a short walk away. The hotel was very quiet despite being right near many bars and night clubs. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Liverpool!

Fabulous

My sister, brother and I stayed here for a few days and loved it. Our 3-bedroom unit was so spacious, the beds were so comfortable, the location was superb, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Ashleighe, who went over and above in making our stay so memorable. Without any hesitation, I would recommend this hotel. The value for money is incredible Happy travels to all!

Service by Ashley at front was awesome- had issues with the bathroom drains and the housekeeping staff fixed it promptly. The sofa bed was not that comfortable, however all in all it was a great place to stay!

Epic is a truly epic place to stay

Superb accommodations, top notch service quiet but oh so convenient location close to Liverpool's main subway station (5 minute walk) 2 minutes walk to Tesco and 10 minutes walk to the Cavern or Merseyside - 2 Flat screen TV's - one a smart TV with Internet - Well appointed kitchen with modern appliances - 2 washrooms - one with Shower and one with TUB and shower. Modern style - Only negative here was expedia(hotels.com) booking us as 2 when we asked for accommodations for 3 which the accommodating staff remedied quite nicely - All thumbs up for this top notch operation!!!

Our room smelled terribly of cigarette. I asked the hotel receptionist (which by the way is reachable via WhatsApp and not physically present) if they could clean the room thoroughly. They sent a staff member with a can of Lysol. That was the solution. After staying around 15-30 minutes in the room I couldn’t bare the cigarette and smoke dander. It was everywhere. I ended up in a coughing and allergy attack I had to leave. I asked for another room and they didn’t have any. I asked for a refund and they couldn’t “guarantee” one. I’m taking it up with Expedia or my credit card. I don’t recommend this place

I was sent the wrong check in information. No one was answering my calls. When I did find a member of staff they told me i was at the wrong building. I found my room but there was no key fob so couldn't get in. The apartment was a good size but tired looking. It was cold and I was unable to change the temperature using the controls. Despite all this it was good value for money

Centrally located

The location was perfect. The condition of the flat was ok. Lots of marks cracks etc. sofa bed in lounge wasn’t amazing. Didn’t have enough towels - 8 of us staying and only four towels. Had to contact them to bring more. Would stay again though

Rough start ends relatively well.

I was unaware of a 50% holding deposit so had to pay before I arrived. 1hr after this was paid I then had an attempt to take the full amount for the 2 nights stay. I challenged the EPIC team, as when I booked the property via Hotels.com I stated pay at hotel. I was told by the EPIC team, that they have no one at the sitw so the money has to be taken before arrival. Again, I was not very happy with this, bit I had to pay. The EPIC team advised that I should raise this with hotels.com directly so that hotels.com are able to remove or adjust the option of Pay at Property. The apartment it self was very nice, clean, a good size, comfortable bed and apprecited the free tea, coffee and milk.location wise, excellent, but be aware if you stay at the weekend, it is rather noisey outside till around 2am due to the local bars and clubs on the street. The door code to the apartments was changed yesterday, but I was not advised of this by the EPIC team. My friend, was standing outside for over 1hr in the cold as they had come back to the apartment to collect a coat and had to wait for someone to leave the property so they were able enter. EPIC team need tonupdate pwople if the code to the main door is changed via message/email on the day. I would stay here again, especially now I understansd the process, as the apartmwnt was very nice and at very good price.

Apartment is billed as 4 star Apartment sleeping 5. Really badly equiped, 2 glasses, 2 cups, impossible to cook, not very clean. Also no warning of just how noisy the apartments are. It should be pointed out on the description that it will be very noisy until 3am on Friday and Saturday
