The room was small but very nice for what I needed. A small table and chair would have been nice. Older building but rooms have been renovated . Staff was responsive when I had questions.

Beautiful and quiet!

Beautiful well maintained and clean complex. Quiet place in a quiet neighborhood only 20 minutes walk to the convention center! It was perfect!

When you book a hotel room the cleaning fee is included or at minimum charged at time of booking, not a few days before the travel date! Felt like extortion! Plus I felt the $72 fee was excessive for a 2 night stay! The lock of the room and building fronts also were semi defective and did not open or lock efficiently! Also a 10 am check out on Sunday is at least an hour to early especially when the maid arrived 10 minutes early and was banging on the door!

El check-in es un lio increible. Tienes que hacerlo todo online justo el dua que llegas. Es decir, como no tengas wifi o estes volando, no puedes hacerlo. Cuando llegas es complicado abrir la puerta con el codigo. No dan instrucciones nada claras de como abrir. Me he tirado 20 minutos para descifrarlo. El apto estaba bien, pero un pco sucio, sobre todo la alfombra . La cortina de la ducha estaba en un estado lamentable.

Won't stay here again

Room was decent and in a really nice neighborhood in DT phoenix. However the host did not provide check in instructions all because I didnt pay my cleaning fee before hand when his invoice clearly had a date that was due after my stay. His communication was great when he was asking about me bring pets and added fees for that but never mentioned in any of those emails I needed to pre pay that cleaning fee or I would be denied access. Had to email twice and call numerous numbers on his aardvark site. Super weird and didnt appreciate him taking a non refundable payment for the room but did not provide instructions to get in until I reached out. Room was also not very clean when we checked in. Bedding didn't seem washed, floor made our feet and socks black, and his rules are a little much for the ammount youre paying. We ended up staying at a different place the rest of our trip in Phoenix instead of extending our stay here.

The property itself was fine and the owners were great communicators but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. There is assigned parking for other units but not this one. You have to find parking on the street via an app. The unit is also on the first floor which means you have to deal with noises from the upstairs unit. I don’t know if this is the norm, but the upstairs guest/owner was loud all night; moving and dragging stuff. The unit is also right next to the building back door so every time someone in the building exits or enters, it is very loud and the unit shakes.

They put me in a room that’s look like under construction the cabinets were on the floor, the shower drain is clogged, No internet. Communication is zero, the virtual assistant they employed who is not in US have to go reach management before she can’t give answer and most time she never pick calls dues to time difference.

Comfort and convenience

Convenient location, clean, spacious, and quiet. Slept well. The dryer wouldn't stay running for more than 30 seconds but not critical for me but for a longer stay would be an issue. I'll come back in the future. Price was reasonable.

The place is not bad in looks but there was some issues with the wifi. There was little to no connection and when reaching out the owner/host they did try to help the situation by answering us and giving us some hope that they will get to the bottom of it but they never did. So it kinda sucked as we spent majority of our stay inside for a relaxing weekend with really choppy wifi; so bad we had to use our own hotspot. And on the first night there the hot water ran out within 30 mins, but in the second night it did last way longer. The apartment is nice and cozy very modern but we really couldn’t enjoy our getaway because of the whole wifi drama. :(
