The fridge freezer stopped working. We reported this on the Thursday, it didn't get resolved in the time we were there. We left on Monday. That's no cold milk in the morning, no cold drinks.

Great room

Comfortable, clean and got everything you'll need in a small apartment. The sofa bed could do with a mattess topper though. The breakfast is kind of different from what we're used to but generous portions and feels very fresh. You choose one meal from the menu (no buffet) one juice and one tea/coffee. We booked old town Grano because of the pool facility but only went once. Noisy and crowded with both people and toys in the pool. I hope the hotel will remove the volley ball and toys for a more relaxed atmoshere. You're allowed one hour a day. After 8 pm no kids allowed.

Modern apartment in excellent location.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment. Very good for a family with two kids. Big outdoor terrace! Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops all around. Most tourist attractions within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Very good place to stay for a visit to Gdansk. Quiet rooms despite the central location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and very comfortable (Appt 97) our only complaint was couldn’t get an English speaking channel on tv. Tried to get bbc news channel but it didn’t work.

Really loved staying here - it was quiet and extremely clean. The TV was huge and sofa was great so was perfect for ending the day with a film! Kitchen facilities too so could keep drinks cold and cook up some food. Shower was excellent. Couldn’t recommend more!

The apartments were faultless. Just outside the centre which made them quiet but the very short walk into the centre takes you over a main bridge and it's a lovely walk. 8 minutes and you'll be sat at any number of cafes, restaurants or bars soaking up this beautiful city. Check in was at the hotel but easy. The apartment itself was perfect. Just what we needed. Super clean. We never cooked but you could but with so many cheap restaurants we didn't want to. We're already planning our next trip.

It was OK

OK appartment and central. Bad that we could get the two rooms next to each other eventhough we planned and booked many months before. We were a group of friends that was splitted on floor 1 and floor 5. Not good. No phone service to the reception and only 2 toilet paper-rolls on 4 persons. The standard was good but no AC and it was quite hot. The pool was like a playground for kids so we could use it (8 women, 35 years old). Over all it was good - but it could be better :)

En uke i Gdansk

Frokosten var svært skuffende. Det var en kafe ved siden av som var forbeholdt at gjestene i leilighetene skulle spise. Lang ventetid, ventet 45 minutter ene dagen. Ble også vonde i magen av maten og valgte derfor å spise andre steder de tre siste dagene. Veldig bra beliggenhet og kjempefin leilighet. Fint og rent når vi kom. Må betale ekstra for renhold. Vi var en uke og tok bare og holdt det rent på egenhånd. Litt dårlig at det ikke var grytekluter til å ta ut brett fra ovnen med.

Supre leiligheter sentral beliggenhet

Supre leiligheter som ligger perfekt til forhold til gamle byen. Anbefales om du skal på tur til Gdansk. Vi bestilte inkl forkost som var på en liten kafe i samme bygg som hotellet. Her valgte du fra menyen og ble servert ved bordet. Dette var også veldig bra. Anbefaler et opphold her, velger gjerne dette igjen.

Fin leilighet med det man trenger av utstyr. Super beliggenhet i sentrum. Stille og rolig. Det eneste jeg stusser på er at jeg ikke så noen røykvarsler i leiligheten, og heller ikke skilting av rømningsveier og nødutganger i gangene.

Very central apartments, easy to get to from airport by bus/tram or taxi. Apartment has everything you need for a city break , including a washing machine. A little disappointed that we paid extra for an apartment with a balcony and found that our balcony had a high solid wall so you had no view if sitting down. Other balcony apartments in the same block had balconies with glass wall or railings so you could see out. Also discovered on check out when we joked about wishing the apartment had air conditioning ( it was hot weather) that some apartments do have a/c but not all. If you’re brave enough to book very late you might get an apartment at a much cheaper price. We paid almost £200 more for our apartment booked only a few weeks before our trip compared to the price right before our trip. Sent e-mail to query if we could get a refund of the difference but no reply from the apartment team. Despite these issues would stay in apartments again if returning to Gdansk. Gdansk itself is well worth a visit.
