This place has an excellent location. It is walking distance to the cathedral, near by multiple restaurants and one block from a mini market. Apartment was with 2 big bedrooms with insuite washrooms each. The unit was clean and well maintained. Probably a shelf inside the showers will be helpful to place shampoo and soap. Property management was really helpful and responsive and accommodated our travel time arrival and allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. If you are coming from overseas it is recommended to have an eSIM card and to have whatsapp, to facilitate the communication with the property’s management Thanks Raul!

The area around is being renovated until November 2024. But Raoul was so helpful in helping us find our way. He gave us recommendations for places to go. We arrived early, so he gave us space to get organized while our room was veing prepared. The room itself was clean and perfect for the 5 of us. The location is walkable to everything and seville is such a beautiful city. I would definitely stay here again.

Javier was helpful with us. Appartement was clean and spacious. Tram few meter away. Also there’s a grocery just in front. Be careful if you want to have a parking. It is extremely tight !

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation! Everything was so accessible. There is a convenience store 2 mins away, main attractions are walkable, and there is so many restaurants nearby! It has a nice ambiance and the area is very safe! The suite itself is very clean as well! Definitely check this place out if you’re planning to go to Seville!

Four nights in Seville.

Seville is a fabulous city and this apartment is right in the centre of everything. The Cathedral is a few steps away, as is the river. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants and we would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Wonderful apt in the heart of the historic district with all the major sites within easy walking distance. Very difficult for us to find.....very narrow one way street - our google maps weren't working. Underground parking close.
