The staff was friendly and communicative ahead of check in. Our room was clean and as described. The location is central and easy to explore the city - by foot or metro. The room felt quite dated, and we wore ear plugs at night due to traffic noise, but for a no frills, central stay this place does the job.

Hotel was great. Room was clean. The room was a little cold with no abilty to control heating. Hotel is walking distance to subway station, shops, restaurants and theatres. Front desk staff were friendly. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Good value!

The front desk staff was very professional. Free newspapers in lobby every day was a nice touch. The 2 bedroom apartment was not huge but good value split between two couples. I was expecting twin beds in one of the rooms but was pleasantly surprised that they were double beds. The Asian noodle restaurant next door was very good.

We had a group of 5 come to New York for a girls trip, and we could not have been happier with our stay at Radio City Apartments. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment, and having the living room and kitchen area was perfect to come back and have a few drinks at night or to have breakfast before heading out in the morning. You could hear the noise from the street, but we all commented on how it never kept us up at night. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the bathroom, and it had great shower pressure. There were a couple times where we had to wait on the elevator, but it was always when we were going down, so didn’t mind having to take the stairs then, and never had to wait on it to go up to our room. It was the perfect location, with Times Square at the end of our block to the left, and Rockefeller centre at the end of our block to the right, so we were able to walk everywhere and not have it be a very long walk. And I can’t say enough about the staff!! I had emailed with some questions before arriving, and Tina the Reservations Manager was always very quick to reply. Everyone working the front desk was so hospitable, kind and very helpful. The cleaning staff did a very good job as well! All in all, we were so pleased with this location and have already recommended it to all of our friends.

It was a nice hotel had a lot of areas to shop and go out for dinner and was very close to tourists attractions. The only issue I had was that my room the safe wasn’t functioning properly and wouldn’t punch in the numbers correctly and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my personal belongings in that safe but everything was great in the room.

My sister and I stayed for 6 nights in Queen Studio. Decor is a bit outdated. However, after frequent trips to NYC, we look for location, clean, good restaurants - can’t beat Radio City apts for these categories - 2 minute walk from heart of Time Square, great food choices everywhere, subway station minutes away. Staff were not overwhelming but always polite and professional. The unit was fully stocked with clothes storage and full kitchenette. There was a Food Emporium and CVS pharmacy just a few minutes walk to purchase supplies. The space is small but we were fine. The bed is into the wall on one side. This was not an issue for us but two people who had some mobility challenges (but not requiring accessible unit) may find this challenging. Likewise, the smaller space may not be comfortable for two travellers not overly familiar with each other. As two sisters who regularly travel together, it was fine. There was no in room safe which is a bit inconvenient. I believe we could have availed of the safe at the front desk if need be. Overall, we had a great experience here and would certainly consider returning.

Radio City Apartments was close to all of the shows we wanted to see. So this was very convenient to get Rush tickets on a daily basis prior to heading out for a day of site-seeing. The Kitchenette had most things we needed. Some scissors would have been handy but we made due with the sharp knife. The only small negative was the slow elevators. We were on the 12 the floor and chose to walk down a couple of times rather than waiting for the elevator to arrive. Walking up was never an option.
