Check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. We received an upgrade due to availability. Had a little difficulty with tge operation of the climate control system. A manual for that would have been helpful. There were manuals for the other appliances. The soap dispensers for the sinks were placed too far from the sink. A little awkward.

Great space / great value

Was lucky to get a top floor duplex unit with fantastic city view. Kitchen clean and well-equipped. Spacious living and sleeping areas. Only complaint: no air conditioning. Neighborhood not as grim as it looks: many more expensive hotels nearby, and location is very convenient to all center-city attractions. Local pub The Ship & Mitre has one of the best selections of real ales in the city.

Loved Liverpool

we Enjoyed our stay. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to make our stay great. The apt. Was well equipped and clean .it was central to the downtown area but a bit of a hike to the docks. It also had secure parking which was a great option. Would go there again, if ever in Liverpool.

Fantastic stay. Wish I had known about it sooner

The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great.

I wish i had done this years ago and stayed in an apartment rather than a hotel room. It feels like you have your own flat ..sitting room,kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc Staff fantastic very clean and comfortable. Can be noisy with seagulls and party revellers but i kinda like it as it adds to the atmosphere of the city

Lovely apartment and a great location. The throw on one of the beds had dirty marks on it, which brought into the question the cleanliness. Plus there were missing blinds that woke us up early. I would stay here again because of the blinds.
