The place was just ok.Outside seems cozy but when u get to the room it was smell bad like a rotten something,Smell like a stock room. In the morning I emailed the management if they could give us at least 1 hour extension to check out; around 11 am.But she said NO because she said someone will occupy or check in.Take note check in time is 3 PM then they want you to check out at 10 am.The owner was not considerate.Another thing we checked in around 8 PM.But asking a 1 hour extension was not possible?.

1. Tried to contact property management no reply 2. Room smelt like a swamp 3. Mold growing 4. Construction jack hammering starts at 7am sharp. 5. Parking is free but expect to wait for 30-45 minutes to get your car from valet and they expect money. 6. View from room was incredible.

Hello, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. I checked in late at approximately 11:45 PM tonight, and from the onset, the experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered an unnecessarily long wait before being allowed to enter the building, followed by a difficult and unpleasant process of transporting luggage over a ramp. The suite I was assigned was in unacceptable condition. It was filthy, with dust covering the shelves, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, with terrible, worn-out pillows. Moreover, the suite had a foul odor, and the floors were sticky and unhygienic. This experience is a stark contrast to the images and descriptions provided on Expedia, which I now view as completely misleading and deceptive. The accommodation was far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or comfort.

- Room smelled a chemicals when I used the A/C ; I can’t breath of cause of that and for that I didn’t use A/C; the smell was insupportable; When I arrived an employee painted the wall close to my room. - The towels was insufficient for four people (e.g. two for bathroom and two for beach) for five days and they didn’t change them:” being an independent listing we do not normally provide replenishment of products”.

The location for the property is very convenient. I can easily take city transportation to either south beach or north side for some groceries shopping. South beach is for tourists points but too crowded. The property located in the local residential area which is an excellent point. The local groceries market store is called Publix. It’s located on the mid side of the Miami Beach island. The property suite got small kitchenet and sets. That’s an excellent facility for tourist from outside. It helped to save money by self cooking. That’s the mean feature I love from this property. Beach side is very near by just located at back side of this building. It’s very easy to access. Beach side is the main reason we choose live in this property for my stay. However, there are some minor glitch for this apartment like the wifi is not working well. It’s hard to logon to the ineternet from the building wifi. But it’s ok it’s not that big deal. We are here for sunny day and beach side. The suite TV isn’t working. But it’s ok it’s not big deal. As I mentioned I am here for the sunny day outdoor activities. But if this apartment mgt can get these minor things fixed, it would be the perfect place. Thanks again for this wonderful place for us to stay during this time. We will visit again next year.

La propiedad tiene una terrible administración, deberian invertir para dar una mejor experiencia, el precio no es que sea el mas económico tampoco para lo que brinda este apartamento, es un edificio bastante concurrido y hospedarse en este apartamento no deja una buena impresion del sector turistico de Miami Beach. Las ventanas tiene muchas persianas rotas, lo que da un mal aspecto y deja entrar toda la luz lo que hace imposible dormir. Las camas son terribles, los colchones viejos y con huecos, ni hablar de los dos catre que estan en la sala, era mejor dormir en el piso. La estufa esta totalmente quebrada. La mayoria de los toma corriente no funcionan. Las almohadas son terribles. Los articulos de cocina son bien escasos y de mala calidad. El refrigerador ni siquiera tenia luz. Las paredes sucias en todas partes. El grifo de la tina es un desastre. Y cabe destacar que no soy nada exigente, solo que el precio y la zona no tiene nada que ver con lo que ofrece este apartamento.

This property is older and it looks it. You are getting what you paid for. Different people own each unit. I was happy with my unit. The bed was comfortable and the unit was functional. So my experience there was ok. Overall they attempt to keep it up. Just running a bit behind it seems. So i give it a 3 star rating

The reviews of this property are terrible so my fear was high. My only complaints are the rooms could’ve been a lot cleaner, the check in process lacks organization, and customer service. A lot of the people checking in along with myself had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in which was pointless given all the check in information is emailed to you prior to arrival. Please disregard the comments stating valet is $30-40. I never paid for valet, we tipped when we felt it was necessary. Valet can also be typically unorganized but the valet members are very kind and accommodating. The access to the beach is amazing and is located right through the pool, which had food, drinks and areas for kids if you bring yours. The location was great conveniently located near all of our reservations. Overall 4.5 stars! It was perfect for the weekend we stayed and I would stay again if it is for a weekend trip.

Nosso tempo em Miami nesta estadia foi excelente. O apartamento é confortável e com uma excelente localização. O prédio é antigo e, portanto o apartamento também. Com acesso à praia e uma piscina deliciosa. Dois mercados dentro do prédio que salvaram em alguns momentos. Estacionamento com manobrista que demora um pouco por causa da demanda, mas nada que com planejamento atrapalhe. Chegamos ao aeroporto internacional em 20 minutos. Sem dúvida eu me hospedaria novamente neste apto.

Location cannot be beat! Oceanside, along the bike and walk path, quiet area, walk to local restaurants and morning coffee. BUT...the building is old. The units are old. The furnishing is cheap. Overall, this place is shabby. There is no real front desk. It is manned by security guards. My room number didn't match the email I had received. Guard said go to the basement, there's an office down there. They can figure it out. ?? I didn't even know the name of a company to look for in basement? You get two thin tiny towels and then two thin old pool towels for your stay. Go to that office in basement if you want more I guess? And don't expect service from them on the weekend. I went down saturday morning for beach chairs as per the QR code in the unit. NO ONE THERE ALL WEEKEND. I went to walgreens to get tissues, paper towel and 2 beach towels. Toilet kept running. No one fixed it the whole stay. I had to remove tank lid and jiggle flap everytime we flushed. Woke to a huge roach in the tub, half dead, one morning. Thin walls and door means hearing everyone around you and in hallway at all hours, especially those coming home after midnite. Again, location is perfect and 5 stars. The physical place is not. I would stay at the hilton down the road next tiem.
