For me it was a perfect stay. I was visiting a friend and it was a ten minute walk from her apartment. It was clean and comfy. The host was responsive and super nice! I recommend it to my friend, if she has any guests coming over that she wants close. I would stay there again!

I had a great stay. Everything was very smooth and directions were very clear. Many great spots on Market street which was a nice walk and I was able to head into downtown for the main attractions by taking the D line right where I needed to go.

Nice room, very clean. Communications were great. There was a little noise between rooms, especially the upper floor, not a big deal. It was a great place to stay and this will be my go to place when I visit my family.

Very small and basic but all you need for a place to sleep/rest. The downside is the walls are paper thin and noises, walking, tv etc is constant. If you’re a light sleeper, may not be for you, otherwise a great cheap stay

Wouldn't do it again thank you

1- stressful to be sure I could get in. check time 3 - I arrive 12:00 a.m. but phoned several times to make sure I could get in. 2. Hassle with sign up. To have more emails upon my other emails.... stressful 3. Looks at night are pitch black so you can see any of the numbers. So you hit the wrong one just to get the light on. Had to do several times. Need a light on them. 4. Shower curtain inside protector - the plastic part was 2/3rds the curtain. Never seen anything like it. end of curtain got wet. 5. mattress compressed on side i slept in. felt like going to fall off. 6. the refrigerator or something whined on pretty loud every half hour or so.

Very disappointed. The listing failed to mention the lack of air conditioning—a crucial detail that would’ve changed our decision to book. The information was misleading. We booked two nights but couldn’t stay due to it being 80+ degrees in the unit. It was also VERY small. We called the owner immediately and he offered to have a fan delivered the next day - so we did not stay either night and they still charged us for both as well as a cleaning fee, despite no cleaning being done. Also note there is VERY limited street parking, so if you don’t get there early you will be hauling your luggage down the street. Overall, a frustrating and misleading experience I wouldn’t recommend.

Ballard's Sweet Suites -- great place to stay!

We had an awesome stay at Ballard's Sweet Suites; the space was perfect for us and our dog for the couple of nights we were there. Vince (owner) was very responsive and his hotel was everything we needed and wanted. We will definitely be back to stay when we are in Seattle.

Everrything was so clean, it was quiet. We walked easily to downtown historic Ballard. It was so easy to get Uber when we wanted to go further out from Ballard. Wonderful place! Highly recommend!!
