Had to chase the access codes, not sent as promised. They claim not to have my email which is dumb given I booked on-line. Parking snowed in, room not ready in time, bathroom door jammed open. Main lobby was not clean/ welcoming

I like the easy communication by texts and emails and the virtual check in / check out. We found it a bit challenging to walk to the centre - it was always uphill and the weather conditions (unplowed narrow sidewalks) made it worse. Not the hotel’s fault.

We spent 1 night there in January. There was 5 of us and the apartment was big enough and comfortable. Best feature is location. It is 2 blocks away from St-Jean landmark street and very walkable distance from castle and Petit Champlain. Good value for money.

Great place to stay near Old Quebec City.

Went to Quebec City for a few days for a leisure trip. This is a perfect location near Old Quebec City. Room was a good price as well. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen was great. There is no one on site, however it was extremely easy to communicate with the staff. If you like a nice room, and don't need all the bells and whistles of staff catering to you ie carrying your bags, room service etc, this is a place for you. I would definately stay here again.
