LOVE the location! Just a few minute walk to the beach, downtown and farmers market on Saturdays in season. Easy parking, comfy beds, was a perfect weekend getaway!

The staff there is great! The rooms are perfect for our needs with a refrigerator, stove, microwave etc, They range from efficiencies to two-bedroom apartments. Our one bedroom apartment was ideal for two people. I highly recommend these villas.

I love the quiet and relaxing atmosphere and great pool. This charming oasis is situated just steps from shops and dining options and an extremely enjoyable short walk to Venice Beach. The Pavilion at the beach is a great place to grab a drink or quick lunch and people watch. I love Venice Beach Villas and will return as often as I get the chance! Thanks Ken!

This place is amazing! It has everything you need from a comfy bed, two televisions so you can watch in the living room or in bed, large shower, plenty of towels, a full albeit compact kitchen, dining table, everything you need for beach including bikes and coolers, great pool, outdoor shower, electric car charging port, and wonderful staff!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villas. We will definitely stay again. Room was spacious and very clean. The pool was nice and clean, the lounge chairs were in great shape and comfortable. They had bicycles you can use to get around (which we did). It's in a great location in Venice. Wonderful spot for a getaway or family vacation.

Everything was perfect! The staff was super helpful & super friendly from beginning to the end of our trip. The two bedroom Villa was very nice & very clean! Hugh bedrooms & huge kitchen & living/dining room! Location was a plus. We went to 3 different beaches in 3 days & 2 nights! We wish we could have stayed a few more days! Very nice & friendly & safe neighborhood. Recommended stay for anyone!
