Value for money

Great and quiet location! Good access to Zell am see and Kaprun (lift/buss) as well to Saalbach (buss). Hotel was clean and modern.

Summer vacation july 2024

We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. We had a problem with a wasp nest and they took it very serious, managed to remove it and the management even gave us a compensation for the trouble we experienced. A nice experience overall, we would definitly go back!

Vi brugte hotellet primært til overnatning og benyttede ikke faciliteterne som pool, legerum m.m. Lejligheden var pæn og ren ved ankomst. Der var det mest nødvendige i køkkenet, men kun lige akkurat. Det ville have været rart med lidt ekstra tallerkner og bestik, så man ikke skulle vaske op så ofte. Sovesofaen er efter vores mening bedst egnet til børn. Som voksen er den ikke særlig behagelig at sove på, og man får ikke en god nats søvn på den. Derudover var køleskabet svært at lukke ordentligt, og der dryppede vand fra varmtvandsbeholderen på badeværelset. Et stort plus var gæstekortet, som gav adgang til gratis aktiviteter og lift – det var en rigtig god fordel. Alt i alt en fin lejlighed til et kortere ophold.

Rigtig mange trapper. Vigtigt at overveje hvis man har små børn med. Receptionen lå langt fra selve overnatningen og det var vanskeligt at få fat i personalet. Der var hverken toiletpapir eller sæbe i badeområdet, hvilket jeg skrev til personalet uden svar. Der er meget larm fra den store vejr der løber nedenfor. Vi fik gratis Viehhofen glückscard med hvilket var skønt og gav adgang til en masse gratis oplevelser.

Lejligheden var fin, desværre kun med 1 toilet. Der blev fundet noget tøj under den ene seng og noget af køkkenudstyret var beskidt så rengøringen kunne godt være bedre. Vi skulle desværre parkerer bilen ca. 225 meter fra lejligheden i en kælder da der ikke er parkering udenfor alle lejligheder. Poolen er lidt lille til den mængde mennesker der befinder sig.

Toppenupplevelse och ett fint och fräscht boende för hela familjen. Supernära liften för att ta sig upp till toppen och bara 10 min körtid in till Zell am See, dit det var mycket enkelt att ta sig. Fantastiskt läge för utflykter som hela familjen älskar!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Leider war es genau die Zeit bei der die meisten Lifte in der Pause sind. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft wirklich sehr schön und das Frühstück ist lecker

Die ganze Buchung basierte auf einer arglistigen Täuschung. Uns wurden Bilder einer neuen Unterkunft angeboten und erhalten haben wir ein völlig verdrecktes altes Apartment. Die Rückabwicklung erwies sich als sehr schwierig heraus da die Verwaltung und die notbedürftig besetzte Rezeption sich nicht kooperativ und unwissend sich darstelten. Erst als ich Expedia einschaltetet wurde meine Rückzahlung veranlasst, Aber auch dies auf zwei Etappen angeblich wegen Computer Probleme. Was für ein dreistes Verhalten. Ich kann jedem nur abraten hier zu buchen

Fabelhaft

Es war sehr wunderbar, in der Zimmer sehr sauber und praktisch alles neues von Möbeln, sehr frische und neue Badetücher und im Sauna auch. Es hat unserer Erwartungen getroffen und wir sind voll zufrieden. Das Wasser aus dem Leitung ist super sauber fast wie Umkehrosmose, schöne Blicke auf die Berge und berauschende Klänge aus den Bergen. Wir kommen noch dorthin! Faszinierend!!

Renovierte Wohnung, aber leider das Badezimmer nicht. Dusche sollte besser gereinigt werden. Bei den Mülltonnen herrscht leider Chaos. Müll liegt am Boden tagelang. Dort ist aber auch der PKW Stellplatz und der Eingang zu Pizzeria.
