The location was perfect for a short break in Krakow. Everything was in easy walking for the central city tours. Easy to find, easy check in and out. Would thoroughly recommend for couples who want to be in the heart of the city.

Excellent communication from the receptionist prior to arrival and a very warm welcome when we did eventually get there. The property is in an excellent location, it really could not be better. It is excellent value for money. We had a very comfortable stay here for our 2 night trip to Poland.

The accommodation was lovely the only negative was the gentleman’s club by the entrance. I would say the accommodation isn’t suitable for young families because of this.

We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect.

Right on the Square. Superb central location. Helpful staff.but no lift! Not great if you are elderly with luggage and you are on the third floor,as I was.

Spacious, great value, fantastic location room

The apartment was extremely well priced and the location fantastic as it was only a minutes walk from Kraków’s main square. Equipped with a kitchen area and decent amenities. Shower was good and there was a seating area in the main room to have a meal at. The only minor thing is that due to the room being on the top floor & the windows only opening a small amount the room did have a tendency to get quite hot, although there are fans provided to resolve this. 10/10 would recommend

Really spacious and very comfortable to live in! Would highly recommend. Only slight negative would be the curtains are quite see through so if you go in summer time the sun does shin through in the early hours of the morning. Apart from this though perfect conditions and couldn’t have been a better location

The apartment wasn't cleaned properly. I found white animal hair all over the floor, so much that my socks were covered in them in the first 10 minutes. There is no air conditioning in this place, so in the summer, the whole apartment became more than 30 degrees celcius, making it unbearable to stay there and impossible to sleep. The winding staircase up the apartments is also a safety hazard. Outside the apartment, you have people soliciting you for stripclubs and hookers. It's convenient, but I would never stay here again.

Sijainti oli keskeinen ja hyvä. Saatiin ylin Moon-huone, mikä tarkoitti 80 portaan kiipeämistä aina huoneistoon päästäkseen. Huoneisto oli hyvin kuuma hellepäivinä ja viilennyksenä toimi pelkkä tuuletin. Yöllä oli pakko viilentää huoneistoa pitämällä ikkunoita auki, mutta silloin kävelykadulta kantautui kova meteli.

Jag hade missat att det inte fanns AC, det var otroligt varmt i lägenheten. Det fanns 2 fläktar som lät extremt högt och det hjälpte inte mot värmen direkt. Annars toppen! Så centralt, perfekt läge men ändå tyst.

Is you are booking for the summer, take in consideration the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, it feels too hot, it’s hotter inside than outside, they only have fans but is not enough, they should put a mini split, also we were in floor 4, is hard to go up there with the luggage if you are not really young and strong, also they only provide 1 key, which is hard is you are other people with different plans, also they said the apartment was for 4 people but the sofa bed only sleep 1 person comfortably. I will say is for only 3 people.

Great location, room was dated and sink was painfully slow to drain the water. Balcony was nice in the sun but was filthy. Very noisy our first night (Saturday). Later discovered there was a pole dancing club within the entrance to the hotel.
