I liked this property. It was pretty clean and the amenities were really nice. The pool was great and the kitchen was a good size. Rooms were nice too. Communication with Emily was also good and she was quick to fix issues that arose.

Our experience at Barsala fully met our expectations. The one bedroom unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. All the necessary amenities were appreciated. The 6th Floor rooftop was great! The views of Tampa from the rooftop were gorgeous. We will definitely stay at this location when visiting Tampa again.

The Pointe in Tampa was an amazing stay! Tons of amenities, beautiful decor, secure, and all the neighbors were welcoming. They definitely accommodated our needs for the full week we stayed. I recommend Barsala! Great customer service.

No parking, dangerous long walk, no response

Responded once to over 10 text, emails, messages left. The response did not address the concern at all. Concern no parking on site. It states in description that parking is free. As a single female I had to park off property, 15 min away, after midnight, 2 nights in a row. It was not safe. Rug in room was curled up and in entry way was rippled. Tripping hazard. No linens for the third guest. The cabinets are labeled saying they have supplies and linens. There were none. The coffee that was missing came on the third day at appx 9am. The day of checkout.

We loved it!

The second I opened the door I could smell the cleanliness of it (smelled so fresh and clean). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. When we needed something called and it was brought to us promptly. We enjoyed the property 100 percent. We did go to the pools and everyone was so nice and friendly.

The place is amazing. Super clean and modern. Entire gated complex couldn't be more secure. Gym and pool were some of nicest I've seen. Mostly an apartment complex with some units kept aside for hotel stays.

The property was very clean. The communication was very good. The only thing I did not like was having to call twice for them to take the hold off of my card after checking out. Although the staff was very nice and patient when I called. I will visit here again.

On the whole, a great place to stay. I did have one issue - stayed in a 2nd floor 3 bedroom unit, and there was a street lamp right outside the master bedroom window - too much light at night even with the blinds closed - made it hard to sleep well. Could be addressed easily and without too much expense - add a dark curtain just to rooms in front of street lamps.

The pictures made me book but upon arriving, I had to wait 45 minutes to getting in because the number of the manager that was left for me to call was not answering. It rolled over to the operator and she had to walk me through and reassigning the call box for me to get in the lock box did not work the code for the door didn't work when i got to the apartment and they had a bad ant problem It problem, I mean bad.

Clean accommodations, that are relatively new. The space was clean, with the exception of a few dust bunnies on wood floor (it’s impossible to keep this from happening) everything was spotless! The linen, the bathrooms, and living spaces were well maintained.. Everything needed was provided, the supplies were full (except the shower supplies and toilet paper) and it was nice to have a fresh box of dryer sheets even though I didn’t need them. I felt like the space was reset just for us! They were responsive, checked in on us during the stay. The location was perfect for our needs, close to trendy restaurants, the aquarium, and the zoo. The amenities were fantastic, the pool ands gym area were perfect. Overall it was an excellent stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Barsala is a beautiful place to stay if you are ever in Tampa Florida I definitely recommend it. The condo is well maintained, decorations are very nice if I say so myself (interior designer)kitchen fully equipped. Instructions were well received and easy to follow. Only suggestion I have that the towels could be upgraded and more left in the unit at least have a change of towels every other day. We ran into one issue our first morning we got up and saw a few ants on the kitchen island and in the sink, reported to the site manager Emily, she sent someone out to spray the next day. Didn’t see any more ants after they sprayed. Thank you Emily for taking care of the ants. Overall a very beautiful place and yes I recommend it!!!!!!
