We loved the location right on the marina. The deck overlooking the marina with the bbqs and crab cookers was perfect for our group to have a wonderful dinner. The units were perfectly stocked and spacious. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent for a first time trip to Newport.

It was our first time in Newport. We had a wonderful time at The Landing. It's like home away from home. Everything we needed was in our unit. It was a perfect spot with the view, the proximity to places to visit.

Relaxing harbour front

Needed a good night down after a long drive and the Landing was was a good place for that. Expedia overbooked my original request and Christie at the front desk made sure to not only phone me but work things out. She was great. Enjoyed a night on the balcony listening to the sounds of the harbour activity and the same in the morning. Place was clean, organized and had what I needed.

Amazing Find for a Road Trip

We loved it. We felt we'd done wrong by only staying for a night when such a place and location seems to demand at least a 3 days' stay. There was a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and we could do our laundry in the in suite laundry machines. It was lovingly maintained. The sealions barked on the bay. It had a beautiful view of the harbour.

Great view

Lighting in living room, bathrooms and bedroom so dim as to see anything. Low wattage bulbs translate to cheap for guests. Pillows all hard. No half and half of coffee but coffee mate powder! Living room furniture not at all comfortable. Best spot is balcony.

Awsome view

What a great location and awesome view. We had the privilege of being on the third floor over looking the marina. The temp was hot with no wind or clouds and we could not have gotten anything better. Definitely would go back when ever in the area again.

Will stay again!

We stayed at The Landing to watch the Christmas Lights boat parade in the Bay. It had a great view. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants, including the infamous sea lion docks! Our room was clean and comfortable with a kitchen that was lovely to have for take out!
