Great location, nice apartment, uncomfortable bed.

We stayed for a week to watch the tennis. Location couldn’t have been better. Close walk to Melbourne Park with unlimited bars and restaurants just a block away at Southgate along the river. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed. It sagged down in the middle and was quite springy. I would however, stay here again, as the location was so amazing and the apartment was nice.

Good location, clean accommodation and some good staff, although not enough staff and some important ones with limited hours (such as maintenance people). Not good with knowledge of some staff, appliances (e.g. old washer dryer, iron with dangerously frayed cord), instruction manuals. Owner/manager has poor customer service skills.

Great Location

The Quest is in a good location. Easy walk or cab to locations in the area. Waterfront restaurants are close walk ( 15 minutes ). The tram system in Melbourne is awesome and easy to get around. The hotel had washer and dryer in it. One night we stayed in and cooked dinner. Grocery store close by. Restaurant next door was excellent. Beds are comfortable. Only issue was having to pay another $30.00 for extended check out but no huge deal as we needed to stay and re-pack into another suitcase which took longer than we had expected. We opted to pay.

청결만 좀 더 신경썼으면 좋은 숙소임

대형 suv차량을 이용해서 차량높이가 높아서 호텔 주차장을 이용못했으나 바로옆에 사설주차장이 편리했어요. 청소는 3일에 한번 해줘서 매일 수건을 따로 요청해야해서 그건 불편했어요 그리고 샤워기가 벽에 고정이어서 그거도 불편했어요 마지막으로 바퀴벌레가 있었어요

We stayed here for the Australian Open. It’s only a 10 minute walk from Melbourne Park, has an excellent IGA very near by, a lovely cafe at the bottom of the building, and is very well set up. We were on the 13th floor and it was pretty quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the fact that you could choose to have four single beds.

Quest on Southbank was perfect for our family get away, staff were friendly & super helpful. Check in & car parking was easy! We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade -so our 2 bedroom apartment was super spacious & had everything we needed. Will definitely be returning!
