Honeymoon Paradise

Absolutely stunning oil and grape vineyard, the resort was beautiful and walkable into town for additional dining. Breakfasts hosted were lovely. Beautiful addition to our honeymoon in Italy.

Wine /olive oil tour was well done, pool bar had outstanding service (specifically Messi was amazing and made an outstanding espresso martini). We had a private villa w a pool. The a/c units were not big enough for the villa. Extremely hot and uncomfortable in the evening. We dined at the restaurant on site for dinner. Service was not what you would have expected at all, at times rude. Will say the restaurant was packed and seemed like they only had 2 wait staff. So would recommend resort needs to staff up during high season.

For the price the amenities were horrible. In addition my room was wet as the air conditioner leaked on the floor. When I reported it they didn’t attempt to address the root cause and returned a wet carpet to the room; when I returned the room smelled like wet dog. I had to sleep with the windows open which would have been fine had I known how to close the screen (so that’s my fault). The next day I had to call and share my investigation into the root cause so that it didn’t smell again. This time they addressed it and for my inconvenience gave me a 10% discount off my dinner. They should have at least bought me dinner. Ive never had such a shoddy experience highlighted with such poor consideration for a room that I paid 300 euro a night!

Nice hotel in a country setting

Excellent hotel with a very nice staff member at the day registration desk. She helped set up a local wine tour which ended with dinner at this hotels restaurant. Breakfast was also fantastic....has a extra fee but it was worth it.

Beautiful accommodation in an exceptional town

This is a very nice mini-resort in a very nice little town. We booked it a little randomly on Expedia and weren't sure what to expect. We were delighted. The staff are very welcoming and professional. The office has a beautiful citrus bush on one wall (clementines?) and the property is rustic in a good way (looks old, but facilities are modern). There is a beautiful view over the adjacent valley and you are welcome to walk there among olive trees. Our villa had two bedrooms. It was cosy but enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was March so the pool was too cold to use. Looked great though. There is a good little gym on the property. I lift weights and was able to pull together some hefty dumbbells from the available equipment. My wife is a triathlete liked the cardio equipment. For us, the real gem is the village and the food!! We dined at the Bellavista, which is in the town square, and Il Caminetto Del Chianti. Both were superb. Don't leave without trying peposo (beef in wine with black pepper) and cannellini beans. The local olive oil is also amazing. And the wine.

Would return and will recommend

We have just returned from a week of heaven at Country Relais Villa l'Olmo--many magic moments locked in our hearts. The location is spectacular--we had a two bedroom apartment that faced a magnificent view over the valley, looking toward the town of Impruneta. We ate out on the terrace every morning and spent many comfortable hours at the end of our touring days with a glass of wine in our hand watching the sun go down, listening to the church bells ring, or cooling off in the always spotless pools. Amazing! An easy hop by bus into the center of Florence, easy access to all the hill towns by road--it was everything we needed and wanted in accomodation. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who took such good care of us!

Beautiful, pleasant, peaceful.

This place is a gem. Just on the outskirts of Impruneta this nice little farm house overlooks a valley of Olive trees. We rented an apartment in the farmhouse and we had a wonderful view of this Tuscan countryside. Our apartment was charming and had a nice rustic feel. The place is so quiet at times it's just wonderful. Only about a 5 to 8 minute walk to the grocery store and only a couple minute walk to the bus stop to florence. Ride into florence is about 35 to 40 minutes and the views are awsome! You can get bus tickets as the reception office and it's only one euro and 20 cents. Serena who is in the office is a gem. So kind and upbeat and extremely helpful and always smiling! She made our trip even better. The place also pruduces olive oil and wine, pretty cool! This was probably one of the best places that my wife and I ever stayed at. We are now back in Canada with old man winter and I keep thinking how much it would be nice to be there right now! If we ever go back to Italy, this place will be the first place we'll book, thank you for the wonderful experience!!

Such a beautiful property with amazing views. The staff and service is top notch. The Realis Villa Olmo was everything we hoped for and more for our first Tuscany experience. I highly recommend this hotel. We walked to a couple restaurants and had an amazing meal. We were close enough to Florence so we could do a day trip. Beautiful property! We cannot wait to come back

Property is beautiful and our room was great. Loved relaxing at the pool. Juan, Alessandro, Leo, and Eduardo along with all the other staff were so friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend the olive oil and wine tasting experience as well as rental of ebikes. Local town is within 5 mins walk and has great dining. Overall a beautiful property and relaxing experience for a getaway within close proximity to Florence.

The location was beautiful, with rolling Tuscan hills all around and a wonderful pool area overlooking it all. The room was nice and cool and gorgeously furnished with a great bathroom. The staff were super helpful, there was nothing they couldn’t do to help. The location is great, half an hour from Florence and 5 minutes walk into the nearest village which has bars and restaurants.
