Impruneta villas

I rate this Villa stay highly as it provided the experience I and my family wanted. A beautiful front patio/courtyard area that had sun from early morning to evening. We spent so much time there with the sun and the wonderful view. There is a path through the olive grove into Impruneta which was a must and there is a winery on that path. The house is comfortable though a coffee machine would be nice.Antonio was very helpful and it helped planning a wonderful stay.

The Villa was simply stunning. There were 8 of us and we all felt we had plenty of space. The pool was glorious and with the surrounding countryside it was just so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was great to cook in for our family dinners. The walk to the bus seemed longer than 1 mile but, once you got to the bus, it was a quick ride into the heart of Florence. We found the transit super easy to navigate, when compared to other places in Europe we have stayed, and so we were able to take day trips to Bologna, Pisa, Verona, Siena and San Gimignano. Marinella was super helpful and, had she not been around, we would not have been able to find a van to get us to the airport for our next flight without her help. We would definitely stay at the villa again if we came back to Florence.

Our family stayed at this wonderful Tuscan house for 8 days in August 2024. Our host Caterina, and her team, have been very responsive, both before and during our stay. The house has been in Caterina’s family for generations, so they show a great deal of care for both the house and their guests. The house is located near the town square of Impruneta, so very conveniently located with groceries and restaurant options nearby, and very central to Tuscany so most visit-worthy locations are at a reasonable driving distance. The pool – large and well maintained – was very useful, as there was a heat wave during our stay. Caterina was also very helpful with booking winery tours and arranging transportation; she knows the region very well, and it shows in her recommendations. Beyond the large size of the property, and the great team managing our stay, there were two features/services that greatly enhanced our stay, and which I highly recommend to any guest staying at the house: - Pizza dinner; we had a wonderful pizza making crash course from a local pizza chef, using the authentic wood-burning oven in the house. We had the most wonderful pizza dinner ever. - An authentic Tuscan dinner, prepared by Caterina’s sister and their staff, which was absolutely delicious (they set-up and clear out everything, so you don’t need to lift a finger – just enjoy a great home-cooked meal). We would highly recommend this house on your next trip to Tuscany. This one gets a perfect rating from us.

The villa was absolutely spectacular with great services from the beginning to the end. I just think it was farther away than Florence and I had initially envisioned at least half an hour in mild traffic.

we had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Plenty of room for our group and the grounds were charming. We had our own private pool, but also had access to the larger communal pool which the neighbouring villas used. Elena was great and she was very responsive to our requests even lending us her HDMI cable! We ordered in a meal for one of the nights from Elena, it was one of the best meals we had in our time in Italy. And her wine is of course delicious!

The villa was beautifully restored, Bianca and Andrea were very welcoming. Bianca gladly helped us with some excursions on our off days. Antonella, one of the preferred chefs was also wonderful, we have never eaten better. Would highly recommend!!

The house is just fantastic and offers both the convenience of being 20 min outside of Florence and also a beautiful vantage of Tuscan hills. Great house, great pool, great amenities and most importantly, fantastic host. Would absolutely go back to this place.
