Overall, a nice, spacious, quiet apartment with great views of the water and dock lands area. The tram stop is right nearby and was great to use. The area itself offers some dining options that were ok but may want to venture elsewhere for better dining.

Great location for our purposes. Close to free CBD tram; shopping; large assortment of eateries. Modern building and good amenities. Carpets worn a bit and windows could have been cleaned (residue from smoky fires), but otherwise a fine place to stay. Would stay again.

FABULOUS holiday rental apartment!! Super comfortable & well furnished - looked exactly like the pictures which is often not the case. View from the balcony over the marina area was a treat for breakfast as well as for evening drinks. Walking distance to shops, eateries - just about everything! Staff were welcoming & helpful. Definitely recommend this place😊😊,

Amazing view and very comfortable beds.

Enjoyed our stay. Although the rooms were on the small side, there is plenty of storage space to tuck bags and luggage away. Great view of the harbour and plenty of restaurants in the area.

Wereally enjoyed our stay in the 2 bed 2 bath unit we had. It was furnished nicely, had great views, spacious and comfortable. Would totally stay here again. This was third accomodation we stayed at in Melbourne and was the best!

I’ve found my Melbourne base

My work requires me to have a space where I can meet clients and this place has it all. I had access to a carpark clients could use, a comfortable living area, spacious bedrooms and onsite gym. Perfect for my needs. It was also about 200 metres from the free CBD tram network in Melbourne making it easily accessible. Thanks to Fab the fantastic building manager who showed me through the apartment at check-in. Excellent service.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 10 8J) haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief sehr gut. Alles was sauber und hat funktioniertt. Lediglich der Kühlschrank war laut und es war schwierig ihn vom Strom zu trennen (nur über Stecker hinter dem Kühlschrank). Das war alles :) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The manager Cam was amazing and so helpful. Our unit was modern and clean, and we had amazing water views. Short walk to shops and lots of fun stuff for kids to do with bowling and boat hire. Short walk to free tram stop for easy access to the city. I highly recommend staying at this property.

部屋は清潔で2ベッドルーム、2シャワールームあり便利でした。1番活躍したのは洗濯機と乾燥機です。バスタオルも洗濯できたので助かりました。ベッドもよくグッスリ眠ることができました。 こちらはホテルというよりアパートを借りている感じなので掃除もシーツ替え等もありませんが、セキュリティ面を考えて我が家では良かった点です。スーパーも近くにあり朝ごはんなどは部屋でサクッと食べて出かけることができました ゴミなどはゴミ捨て場に捨てる必要があります 当初、英語でのやりとりにミスや勘違いがありました(荷物を9時に預けられると聞いたが都合が悪くなって預けに行かなかった,チェックインは2時からで、ホテルに行く30分前に連絡を入れればいいと思っていた) が、当日に"本日は事務所を2時にしめる"と突然の変更メールが入りました。2時から4時がチェックインと聞いていて、朝からゆっくり観光していたので、急遽ホテルに向かうことになりました。2時3分に着いたら事務所は留守で15分ほど外で待つことになりました 来る30分前に連絡するよう何度も言われますが、できればチェックインする日は予定をあらかじめ早めに伝えておくことをおすすめします。管理の方は朝から荷物を預けに来ると思って待っていたようで申し訳ないことをしました。英語のコミュニケーションができる人には問題なしだと思います。管理の方はとても親切でしたが、かなりバタバタしてしまいました

I recently had the pleasure of staying in an apartment with stunning water views, and I must say, it was absolutely breathtaking. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with views of the sparkling water, which instantly put me at ease. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with modern furnishings and all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to whip up a meal and enjoy it while gazing out at the water. The bedroom was cozy and inviting, with a comfortable bed and plush bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the water was truly magical. But the highlight of the apartment was undoubtedly the balcony, where I spent hours soaking in the views and watching the boats go by. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the surrounding area. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. The water views alone make it worth the stay, and the comfortable accommodations only add to the experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy this little piece of paradise once again.
