The 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was great for a family stay. The location of the apartment is convenient in Docklands within easy access to the city centre by team or short walk. The apartment came with car parking making it convenient to get around Melbourne further than the city centre. Overall the apartment is clean and has all the amenities needed for a stay.

Overall, a nice, spacious, quiet apartment with great views of the water and dock lands area. The tram stop is right nearby and was great to use. The area itself offers some dining options that were ok but may want to venture elsewhere for better dining.

I’ve found my Melbourne base

My work requires me to have a space where I can meet clients and this place has it all. I had access to a carpark clients could use, a comfortable living area, spacious bedrooms and onsite gym. Perfect for my needs. It was also about 200 metres from the free CBD tram network in Melbourne making it easily accessible. Thanks to Fab the fantastic building manager who showed me through the apartment at check-in. Excellent service.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 10 8J) haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief sehr gut. Alles was sauber und hat funktioniertt. Lediglich der Kühlschrank war laut und es war schwierig ihn vom Strom zu trennen (nur über Stecker hinter dem Kühlschrank). Das war alles :) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The manager Cam was amazing and so helpful. Our unit was modern and clean, and we had amazing water views. Short walk to shops and lots of fun stuff for kids to do with bowling and boat hire. Short walk to free tram stop for easy access to the city. I highly recommend staying at this property.
