Great stay minus issues with wifi which was frustrating as I needed to work and there was no response when I text or called (which is how they prefer you communicate).

Just the right size and not to far from downtown. But bring Dishwasher tabs and a sponge to get the dishes done. Also a few washcloths will be helpful since there is no roomservice. but other than this its a nice clean place.

Would Never stay with Coda again

Stay, what stay. The day of, Coda sent a message that they over booked even though I emailed the night before to verify with Nicole Maulawin that i was all set for check-in and i booked this 6 months prior. They then sent me to another hotel that was in a different part of town with no amenities and making me have to take taxis everywhere. The hotel they sent me to was not clean at all and had views of another apartment 4 feet away making me have to keep the blinds closed the whole time.

The property was located walking distance from Nationals Park and from the monuments. The apartment had numerous features that you don't get in a hotel, like two bathrooms, kitchen, full fridge. But also hotel amenities like a front desk and gym.

The location was perfect for us . We went to Washington to see a couple of baseball games. We walked to The Capitol and explored Washington. A short Uber ride back. Everything was clean, very quiet building, could not hear any street noice.

I really liked this hotel. Room was great - spacious, comfortable bed, good shower and loved having laundry facilities. Serviced Apartment basically. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great - Close to metro, some cool bars and restaurants nearby. Bluetooth key system was interesting - I'd need to live with it for a while to decide if I like it over a physical pass. I'd happily return.

Brand new property in a really great location with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to many DC sights. Check in/out process was easy as long as you’re comfortable with using the apps. Felt more like a home than a hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

This was a stay just to be close to the airport, but the staff was so helpfu when we checked in. We lucked out and got street parking right in front of the building! The only negative was the bed was not that comfortable, but for the amenities, the service, the cleanliness, price and ease it was incredible!

I loved!!! The staff was friendly when I arrived. I was in a rush for an event and the front desk took care of all my check in arrangements. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. There is street parking but the garage is $65. That’s absurd. The property itself is very worth staying and within walking / cheap uber distance to a lot of dining options and activities. Will stay again.

We stayed at Coda before and as usual this time excellent. Before we were with family and had a 2 bedroom. This time we were alone and had a studio. Both were superior to regular hotels. Would definitely recommend.
