Area was very noisy with multiple sirens from police and ambulance throughout the day, but felt like especially at night. Had to leave small window open because it was very hot in London and there was no air conditioning. It was sweltering hot at night and difficult to sleep. Washer has dryer setting but couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Clean, close by 2 subway stations, liked two levels and kitchen area.

Great option in a convenient location

Great location and well equipped, comfortable apartment. No lift so be prepared for stairs. Very helpful staff and nice touches to make it feel like a home from home. Would recommend and stay again.

Awesome place and great location

The stay was simply awesome. Communication with Bob W was easy and the keyless entry worked perfectly. The only small thing was we wanted to make up the sofa bed late at night and there wasn’t any bedding to do so in our room or the luggage store. Other than this it was amazing.

The property is on a busy street in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There are lots of options for food, entertainment, and access to multiple Underground stations within a few minutes of the front door. The staff were accessible online, answering questions reasonably quickly. I would recommend staying here to anyone, but make sure you have earplugs for nights.

Excellent stay at BoB W Commercial House. The room was really big all needed amenities, even coffee and tea were there to be used. Everything has been renovated and the room was spotlessly clean. The communication with the property was very easy and the hotel checked if the check-in and room was good. They were. The area is very close to city and there are good transportation options available to go and explore London. Very good stay.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Bob's apartment! The apartment is lovely, nice view, very well equipped, very well located (tube station a couple of minutes away, 20 minutes walk to the Tower Bridge, there are a number of restaurants and cafés and a supermarket nearby). The communication with the staff was very easy, they were welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely recommend to everybody (also for couples with kids, the sofa bed is a real comfortable bed where even two adults could fit)! We would certainly choose Bob's apartment again!

We love Bob W! It is clean, comfortable and cute. It even has a washer/dry in the room, which is a huge plus for people who want to trave light but want to wear clean clothes-- just I wish I knew it when I booked the hotel. It is also very considerate to provide the UK power adapter whcih is another huge plus. The only thing we don't like it the low water pressue in shower, and tube bottom is not flat and presents risk of falling when taking shower.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the unit - it was also larger than others we had looked at. The separate areas were perfect for two parents and two teenage sons (the boys especially appreciated the two separate blankets on the pull out sofa). The surrounding area was really nice (loved having a juice kiosk and sandwich shop on the doorstep) and had a subway station at the end of the street. The only slight negatives would be walking up three flights of stairs with our large suitcases and the unit didn’t have air conditioning so was hot as hell when we arrived - we opened the windows and it had cooled by the next morning…. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Well communicated property . the only thing is that second bed was not made- and had to put linings myself. but they compensated this by additional hour at check out. so all really good at the end. they constantly answer all questions via WhatsApp which I liked.

We had an amazing stay at Bob W Commercial House London! Our apartment met all our needs and even exceeded the expectations from the moment we walked in. The place was equipped with everything we needed, it was modern and beautiful. The bed was beyond comfortable - me and my friends had the best sleep in ages! Even the sofa was unexpectedly comfy. The view from the windows was also really pretty, especially at nighttime. The location was amazing - near the city centre (5 minute walk to the metro station and 10 minute walk to the train station). The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even had a polaroid camera in the room and they told us we could take pictures with it and add to their photo wall, which was a very nice touch. We felt truly welcome. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and stay again myself!
