We really enjoyed our stay at Placemark Balleston. The room was large, clean, comfortable, well-laid out and contained all the amenities we needed. There were many restaurants in the area and the metro line was an easy way to access the Smithsonian. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also used the gym facilities and found them clean, well stocked with equipment and the exercise machines wwere varied and all working. This is definitely a place we recommend and would stay in again if we go back to Washington.

The unit is spacious for family of 4 ( 2 bedroom, 2 bel large bathroom, large walk-in closet). We love the kitchen so much and it got everything we need for cooking meals. The receptionist at front desk is very nice and helpful. Best hotel stay experience ever! Highly recommend to anyone who is traveling to DC!

I enjoyed my stay here. The only problem experienced was getting into the garage at check in. I had to keep calling to be let into the garage. I waited for 30 mins before i was able to get a hold of front desk to let me in.
