It was amazing for families but you have to remember you are not at a hotel kind of hotel. If you expect hotel services 24/7, this is not for you. But if you love space and cook your own meal and easy going, this is the best. We love the location! A little bit away from shops but still close enough! Amazing hotel! Ikebukuro is a great location in itself, but the hotel is also well-positioned for explorations around Tokyo. Staff were super helpful and welcoming. Our family room was large, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. We made use of the laundry room a couple of times and found it very convenient. We would very happily stay here again.
