Very friendly staff. Some misunderstanding as to who paid the taxi driver for a transfer. The driver was dishonest. The bathroom sink was not usable the one night but there was a kitchen sink. The shower sprayed over the top making quite a mess. I would, however, stay here again. Great restaurant downstairs.

The property was conveniently located for our needs. The room was a very good size and comfortable. The restaurant next to the hotel was quite acceptable. Booking the taxi through the hotel was not something I would suggest. Not the hotels fault but the taxi was unreliable. Uber worked better and cheaper.

Location is great in a nice area full cafés and shops. Near metro, bus etc… Hotel staff are very helpful. Speak English and are welcoming. We felt safe and the room was very clean with good beds and shower. There is a café next door. Taxis are cheap and Uber works well. Overall no complaints except that we were allowed one room key only, as the key system was being changed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I liked that there were staff at the front desk 24 hours. We asked re: late check out which wasn't possible with guests expected early; however, they stored our luggage and we could have used the 10th floor common area if needed. It was fine for 2 days to enjoy the Palermo area after spending time in San Telmo. It would have been nice to have dishes available without ordering them. I would recommend Buenos Eco Suites.
