I like the location of this hotel, it is very close to subway and train station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Pleasant stay close to Ueno station

This is a good hotel to stay at for travellers looking for a quiet location and easy access to the train stations. Rooms are small compared to North American standards but livable. Laundry machines are in the basement level and can only be accessed by stairs. Laundry machines are also smaller in size compared to North American standards. A full load is about 4 outfits. Vending machine for powdered bleach and soap is ¥100. Laundry machine requires ¥200. Dryer is ¥100/15 mins. Internet is fast. Pleasant experience. We would stay there again.

good location

good location, close to ueno station. did not know that there was no room service provided. they will pick up your trash if left outside your door, and you can get fresh towels from the front desk if you need.

Very nice hotel, good location!

Staff was very helpful, money's worth and better than more expensive hotel. Basic hotel you get all you need nothing fancy! Highly recommendable specially for people on a budget!

ホテルマイステイズには各地で宿泊しているので、同等の施設と思って宿泊しましたが、ワンルームマンションを簡易改造しただけのお粗末な施設でした。 マイステイズの名前は使わない方が良いと思います。

Great location, small grocery store across the street and conbini within 5 min walk. Quiet neighborhood and friendly hotel staff. Room is small for America standards but still good size for Japan.

便宜的住宿酒店，基本上應該是學生套房改的，沒有客房清潔服務，需要收錢付費才有清潔，毛巾浴巾都要自行拿到一樓更換，算是經濟型的住宿，距離車站約5分鐘即可以達到
