This hotel reflects its price. Needed it as a last min decision, but if you have a bit more money, stay somewhere else. The place is really dated and feels a bit dingey. Walls are super thin and could hear the neighbours fighting at 3am clearly. The only good thing about the place was the very nice staff that checked us in and out

Nice little hotel

The hotel room was pretty small but other than that it was perfect, 15 minute walk or less to the Shirokane Takanawa Station. The room was spotless and didn't smell like cigarettes. Even had a nice little balcony. If you're cool with not using an elevator (it's only 4 floors anyways), then you'd probably enjoy your stay too.

I specifically requested a smoking room (hard to find), the property was very clean and quiet, the staff are English speaking and very helpful. Vending machine and laundrette on site, fresh towels, microwave, stove, shampoo, wash & free toothbrush provided. Highly recommended!
