The apartment was in a great location but the room itself was in disappointing shape. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed i have slept in a long time - worst sleeps of the trip by far and the room seemed pretty dirty - in need of a bathroom reno and new couches.

Good place to stay. Staff was very friendly. Room was big and its facilities were good. Carpets and couches needed a cleaning and walls weren't totally clean but i would stay again anyway. The location is perfect although no place to drop luggage. Definitely not mobility friendly at main entrance.

great location

walking distance to Darling Harbour and Circular Key. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Liked the kitchen facilities and entertainment. Staff were very helpful in recommendations and resolving issues with TV reception. Also, booked a transfer to airport for us. Bed was okay, could have been a little more comfortable. It is in the loft area and I can see that it would be difficult to get box spring and mattress up there, the bed was mattress on platform like Ikea. Did not have a safe in room. Would want to be careful with children using the loft and stairs to bedroom area and bathroom are steep.

Close to Darling Harbor

Overall a good place to stay in downtown Sydney, nice view of the harbor. Rooms are a bit worn-looking, but clean and very functional and spacious. They were able to accomodate an early check-in which was much appreciated after a 14 hour overnight flight. Not sure if there was another way in, but it was up a fligt of stairs to get tot the front desk, not easy to navigate with heavy suitcases.

Not exactly what we expected!

Great Location, however 1st impressions are not great. We walked into the hotel and had a mild panic thinking this is not the standard of accommodation we are used to. The lobby and hallways are extremely tired and very old looking. Initially thoughts on arrival is if it is that bad we will go somewhere else. Went up to the room and this was at least better then the hallways / reception. Bedroom area was fine. Bathtub was so old and stained. Pull out couch was not comfy for sleeping on. So the room was not as bad as we thought. Big problem we had was the noise from the street. The hotel is located on a very busy street and the noise is constant all day and night. The windows are not soundproof.

Our view of Sydney harbor was spectacular. The location was good, the kitchen sufficiently stocked (even ice trays); washing facilities included….bathroom is upstairs with bedroom,,,,,staff pleasant and helpful. Basic but nice, curtains blocked out most of the light, some road noise but not too much,,,,energetic urban vibe

Really nice people working there and high points for cleanliness. The property itself is starting to show its age a bit. First apartment the AC didn't work. They were super happy to change us to an apartment where it worked well...but the shower dripped. No parking which is a bit of an issue. No restaurant or anything like that but good location and roomy. A lot of traffic noise. Probably wouldn't book it again but good staff and they've optimized the property they have.
