The property was nice and had everything one could want other than a hot tub. I was a little disappointed as the property wasn’t at all like what was pictured on the Expedia site. Saying that the property was nice just not as pictured.

The complex was a little too far from Paradise Valley where we would normally prefer to stay and the suite itself was very dark, the vegetation around the building prevented the sun from entering and brightening the suite.

This place has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The condos were spacious and fully stocked. They even got us a keurig machine for our stay! Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and groceries. The property has 2 lovely pool areas. Both with hot tubs. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working that well, but the other (by the smaller pool) one was great. My friends and I had a blast for our first time in Scottsdale. Thanks for giving us the perfect place to stay.

The property and unit was slightly dated but both were very clean and very comfortable. Pool areas were great. We didn’t love the smell of smoked marijuana fumes coming from a few condo units. We would go back to this condo complex despite the unpleasant experience of smelling the marijuana.

The property was clean. Windows require better blinds or some curtains, as there are large gaps that allow people to easily see in at night. There was also some kind of party that had very loud music playing till long past midnight. This property is supposed to have quiet hours after 10pm, but that was definitely not the case.

We stayed in an Eagle Glen property - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with 3 full size king beds and a full kitchen. We are a family of 6 so this place was absolutely perfect for us. The living room had leather furniture, with enough seats for all of us to relax and watch a movie at night. Often places are too small for us or don't have enough seats or chairs at the table, but this place was great. Lots of storage, a garage to park in (although our vehicle was too big, we appreciated the space). The hot tub was adequately hot and the heated pool was nice. There was no one around so we had the common space to ourselves & it was very quiet, although it would have been nice to have some other people around the area to chat with. This place was pretty remote & I wouldn't recommend if you don't have a rental vehicle to get to as the cab rides would be very expensive. We had a rental vehicle so that was good and it was easy to access everywhere in Scottsdale, just down from a main freeway. This property is close to the airport, so lots of plane noise overhead, but that is common in all of Phoenix! The deck was nice and clean and had a view of the trees (which is better than a back alley...) Overall I would recommend this place to others & we may look at staying here again. The best part was how CLEAN it was!

Condo was comfortable and clean. We liked the location in North Scottsdale because it was quieter and in good proximity to golf and hiking. Meridian staff are friendly and helpful - we would definitely book through them again!

We enjoyed our family vacation staying with Meridian Condos. The location at Glen Eagles was great. We liked the amenities there and enjoyed the lap pool and hot tub, as well as the gym facilities. It is a short drive to lots of shops, hiking, and golf. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful with information. Would definitely stay there again. Thank-you!

This was not what we anticipated. First, it’s not a “resort” but an apartment complex with regular residents who live here. I spoke to some of them. They laughed that we rented a “resort”. Second, Expedia has very misleading pics of the properties that represent any one of 6 different locations in the area. When we arrived, none of the pools or golf courses as shown in the web pics existed at our location. There are no services in the complex of any kind (restaurants, shops). The gym was good but not at all as shown in pictures. The small pool was not kept at “85F” as I inquired and was told when I booked. The rooms are pretty outdated but were clean and kitchen had basic cookware. Many of the mattresses in our 3 bedroom unit have collapsing edges indicating replacement is necessary. Pillows are thick foam which are hot and give one neck pains. Replacements that I asked for were never sent. Overall, I would not stay at a place like this again.
