Superb location

Booked without any local knowledge and really pleased with the luck. Centrally located with a grocery store next door. A great veiw and parking available.The minus is the noise from the train. I also thought it has a pool but no. There are three Adina properties in the area and I think I read the description of another one. Be aware! This is No. 2 and we loved it.

Service was great but room was a little tired looking. Carpet needed to be replaced, windows had not been cleaned in months and dishes were minimalist.

Very comfortable stay in the Melbourne CBD

We stayed one night in a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with another couple. The unit was huge and stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and quiet and had a balcony !! Our check in was very fast and efficient and all the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. It was close to many attractions, the tram , and IGA store right downstairs, a bottle shop and we even had dinner in the Italian restaurant which is directly behind the hotel. There was secure underground parking at a reasonable fee of 25.00. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice property. Now its a bit old. I had stayed here before in 2022 around May-June. Even then the rooms and furniture appeared used and old. Its still the same. Its not bad at all but i stayed at the Aspire on King St for a few nights and now Adina on Flinders does look a bit old compared to that. The appliances and decor look old. However, on the location and on the amenities are as described and all in working order. Over all a nice place to stay. Centrally located, good area, grocery shop located right next to it, tram and train station nearby. Southbank is walkable distance. I had specifically asked for a Southbank facing room. I did get one, but it was a corner apartment with a little view of the Southbank. I should have been more specific that I should have mentioned that I don't want the corner apartment.

wonderful staff

The staff are wonderful and the room was huge and comfortable. It is very close to the tram stop, close to everything and it had a great view of the city. The only down sides were the fridge didn't work, which they tried to fix, the dishwasher was full of mould, which I didn’t notice till the last day, thank god I didn’t use it. I did inform the lady at the front desk and she was very apologetic. I would definitely stay there again…..as long as the fridge works

Stayed with the family and they moved it. The apartment size was massive. My husband and I did stay in room near flinders street so that was a bit noisy but the children didn’t hear anything down the other end. Great location and always friendly staff.

The Adina is conveniently located on Flinders Street, a short walk from Flinders Street Station, and with trams just outside. The staff were helpful during the check-in process and everything went smoothly.
